Ingredients: 1 cup brewed coffee. 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 tablespoon almond butter. 1 teaspoon honey optional. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. A pinch of salt. Whipped cream and cocoa powder for garnish optional.
Instructions: Brew a cup of your favorite coffee. In a small saucepan, heat the almond milk over low heat until warm but not boiling. Whisk in the unsweetened cocoa powder, almond butter, honey if using, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Continue to whisk until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
