Idk if I register to the pool or the gym. Which one am I most likely to keep going to, see results and could afford long term? I'm in the middle of my training, another 6 months and it's over so find more training or a job. A real job won't let me have as much free time as well. Much to consider but my arms, belly and ass are muscleless?? and I need to fill up the loose skin I'm flabby as hell 😭

I'm at the 'after all why not stop eating for a week straight' delusion phase so I must not do that because that's how you end up blacking out and binging 10k calories in 3 hours
