You can also cause the store prices to go up for people who do pay for items honestly. Walmarts have signs up that say, if someone were to steal this item, it would have to go up and cost more. For Walmart to keep it cheap for consumers, pay for it.

And let’s be honest, everyone shops at a Walmart. Poor, Rich, Medium classes, doesn’t matter, everyone shops there, even the employees.

What I am trying to say is, you hurt the economy when you steal from a store.

So: Steals from store + Prices going up = People who were poor before, are now worse off.
