This was one of my very first classes that I taught!! I've taught three classes so far and I'm just about to finish my 200-hour Vinyasa training! I'm so so excited about this and I absolutely LOVE teaching ☺️❤️ it's the best feeling in the world seeing my students on their mats working hard!

How magnificent is Gods creation? How grand are the flowers that stand tall and bend in the wind? And the sun that shines everyday, making the world bright? And how blessed are we to able to bask in the light of all that he has made? The answers are all the same.. More then we could even comprehend. More magnificent, grand, bright, and blessed then we could know. And for that I am in awe! For all of this I am thankful.

Out in the woods when I'm all alone and I have no one to worry about, and when all I can hear is the crunch of the twigs under my feet and the sound of the birds singing in the background.. That is when I feel the most grounded. And that is when I feel the most magical and whimsical. That is where I want to spend my days and my nights! In the woods where I don't feel the judgement of the world and all I hear are the songs of true nature 🙏❤️
