Getting higher and higher :)

Had such a sore back yesterday that I gave up on training in the evening! I did however do a quick handstand and lo and behold, my body could do all sorts of things!! My legs were whizzing around, and keeping my balance was all of a sudden really easy!!! This is a major break through for me, who's always been a little bit scared of moving me legs too much, because it might throw me off balance!!!
