"Goody two-shoes," Newt replied.
"Enough!" Alby yelled to me and Newt. "You two were doing fine just 2 years ago. Now you guys are just plain annoying."
"It's not my fault he's such an egg," I huffed..
Alby was right though; Newt and I had a wonderful friendship in the beginning. Along the way, Newt started turning sour and I seriously don't know what happened.
"Did you just call me an egg?" Newt scoffed, "immature."
"How about if I call you a shank," I continued, "you're annoying as hell anyways."
"You do love to get on people's nerves, don't you?" Newt said.
"Quite frankly, I only like to get on your nerves," I declared, earning snickers from other Gladers.
"Okay, enough fighting!" Alby ordered, "Okay here's the deal: you two are going to be 2 hours inside the Slammer. And you're gonna talk it out and make up."
"I'd rather be fed to the Grievers than spend 5 seconds with this moron," I objected.
"I'd rather be punched in the face," Newt murmured.
I whipped around to face Newt, and gave him an ugly stare. After a few seconds, I gave Newt a hard smack across the face, wincing at the sound it made.
There was a long, awkward silence.
"Uh... Ow?" Newt complained.
"Well at least he didn't cry like a wussy!" I said, earning laughs.
"That's it,"Alby said, "Both of you in the Slammer, now."
"I didn't even do anything!!" Newt exclaimed.
"Uh, yeah you were!" I yelled out, "you were calling me mean things!"
"Says the one who slapped me!" Newt sneered.
"This is gonna be the longest 2 hours in the history of ever," Minho snickered.
"Don't even remind me," Alby groaned.
As Alby and Thomas escorted Newt and I to the Slammer, it was constant banter.
"It's a shame you are guys aren't dating," Thomas sighed.
I stopped in my tracks and smacked Thomas over the head, "it's a damn shame that I'm held against my will or I would've kicked you where it hurts."
"A damn shame it is," Newt mumbled.
"Shut it or you'll get it too," I threatened. Seems like everyone is getting on my nerves today.
"Both of you shut up or I'll throw you in the maze," Alby exasperated.
As we neared closer to the Slammer, I started having second thoughts.
"You know what Alby, that doesn't sound half bad." I stammered.
"Don't be ridiculous," Alby insisted, "maybe you'll be friends at the end of this!"
As I started digging my heels into the dirt, I heard Newt laughing behind me.
"The reason she doesn't want to go in the Slammer is because she's afraid of falling in love with me," Newt teased.
"You are utterly disgusting," I croaked.
We stopped right in front of the Slammer, and I'm pissed as ever.
"Any last words?" Thomas cooed at me.
"You're all going to fucking hell," I growled.
Alby shoved me and Newt into the Slammer, and I just started cursing the world.
"See you in two hours," Alby concluded.
"That's if they actually make out alive," Minho commented as they left.
I plopped myself down on a small wooden chair and sighed heavily. Great, I thought to myself, this is gonna be absolute agony... I'm going to fucking die.
Silence. For five minutes their is absolute, agonizing silence.
I decided to speak my mind, "you're a piece of shit."
"Right back at you, m'lady," Newt scorned.
Newt spoke up, "you do know that we're gonna be here for two hours," and added, "and that this stupid silence won't last forever."
"I'm trying to savor every moment."
"Yeah?" Newt said with a hint of enthusiasm.
"You're still a piece of shit."
"I think we have established this already." Newt joked.
"Yeah, whatever." I huffed. Newt was getting unbearable by the second so I did what I had to do. I picked up my wooden stool and walked to the other side of the Slammer, staying as far away from Satan.
I gave Newt a cold, hard stare for a good five seconds before he started cracking up.
"Why are you laughing?!" I fumed.
"Aw, c'mon, lighten up a bit!" Newt gasped.
"How can I 'lighten up' if you've been treating me like dirt!?" I sneered.
"What do you mean like dirt. You're the one who's been an arse to me!" Newt argued.
Never in my life have I stood up so fast and stormed right up to Newt. He was about 5 inches taller than me, but I wasn't intimidated by him.
I started whispering very low and started talking quick, "listen up you arrogant asshole. I don't know what the fuck happened to you or whatever, but you've turned sour about 4 months ago. I'm assuming you're not on your period, but you act like a girl anyways. You are so far up I don't know whose ass but I've had it up to here. I don't know why you've been acting up, but it better stop... or else."
Newt finally spoke up, voice coming out in a husky tone, "or else what."
I wanted to make myself look more intimidating by trying to cross my arms and let out a long huff. I didn't dare to look up at Newt, so I kept looking at the wall next to me.
"Look at me," Newt finally said.
"And be turned into stone? Thanks, but I'll pass," I smirked.
That's when Newt got a hold of my face and said to me, "I need you."
I bit my lip and looked up at Newt, a challenging tone in my voice, "then take me..."
A throaty moan came out of Newt, lips coming down to mine ass he feverishly started kissing me everywhere. Impatient hands gripped at the my legs, tugging me up and pinning me to the wall before moving to tug at whatever undergarments I was wearing. Newt made quick work of drawing them down my legs and tossing them aside - and even quicker work of dropping his own pants to the ground.
Newt kept planting kisses everywhere, and I tried my very hardest not to make any noise.

"Odd, but whatever," Alby said as he walked off.
As Newt and I parted ways, Thomas and Minho were dancing around and were shouting:
