dennis doesn't even notice. he'll be pillowed on robby's chest on the sofa, and he'll just be.. vibrating, slightly. robby puts a hand on his back just to hold him, and he'll feel his omega thrumming with the purrs. he doesn't want dennis to get self conscious and stop, so he doesn't mention it.

what he does do, however, is move his fingers to the nape of dennis' neck, and start to massage. to rub. to try and coax louder purrs- and it works a treat. dennis has closed his eyes in bliss and is leaning back into robbys hand, chasing his alphas affection, and he's only vibrating louder.

it gets to the stage where robby has made him start to sound like a jet engine firing up, purring loud enough that he can hear the way each vibration rises and falls with his omegas breathing pattern, starting to feel like he's getting a massage himself with the movement of dennis on his chest.

"such a good omega, such a sweet omega for me, so lovely, dennis, responding so perfectly to me..."

the purring cuts off briefly so dennis can squirm and let out a series of high pitched chirps in response, and then preen a little in delight at his alphas praise. robby chuffs a few times at him, answering all his little noises.
