the way I go from normal to seriously suicidal to lovestruck in the span of 3 minutes when it comes to my FP is honestly scaring me

the mentally ill feeling of literally feeling the anger boil up inside you and you get shivers and cold sweat trying to not explode from it, getting increasingly more violent and wanting to hurt someone, which just ends up being yourself, so you just have to wait it out until it passes, so you don't destroy something

so do you feel like you need to sleep with everyone who is nice to you because that's the only way they will love you and this screws with your perception of romantic vs platonic relationships or are you not traumatized

Tfw the only way you can cope with your traumas is to have very rough sex with lots of pain inflicted on you over and over and over again until you're just covered in tears and saliva and fluids and you're bleeding from so many places.

When someone compares me to my mother i feel something crawl up my throat. I feel sick.

That amazing numb feel when all you want to do is cry but you can't, you haven't cried in 6 months and all the pressure is building up in you no matter what you do and it's just eating you up alive but you can't do anything.
