Loving is a simple kiss on the forehead. Love is falling asleep together on the couch. Love is covering your loved one with a warm blanket when they unexpectedly fall asleep. These are signs that you can find love in these small things.

Korean artist Puuung first began making these sweet drawings a year ago on an online forum, called Grafolio. Both hopeful and romantic, Puuung’s illustrations remind us that love is found within these micro-moments, which become instinctual in a relationship, the comfort in a hug, the pleasure in sharing an ice cream cone and the small act of kindness, we sometimes don’t witness. Puuung validates these sentiments and his work by stating on his Facebook: 

“Love is something that everybody can relate to. And Love comes in ways that we can easily overlook in our daily lives. So, I try to find the meaning of love in our daily lives and make it into artwork.”
