Started back up with 22 minute hard corps! Thanks to a couple of friends that reminded me that I can find at least 22 minutes. It’s amazing how out of shape you get when you stop working out. But I need to do this. Now that I’m learning about the anatomy more I need to get it going. Your body needs exercise.
