Egg
I am an egg. since egg is not vegan, does that mean that i can’t be vegan either? v/ confused, need help......
Alright, so hasn't been that long since I've tried vegan. I'm terrible at it, it doesn't help that money is tight so we haven't really been able to go to store a lot. So most of the food we do have isn't exactly vegan or vegetarian. Some days, I try harder to not eat meat but I think it will be a while before I really can not eat a lot of meat. Although, I don't technically eat a lot of meat anyways but trying to eat other foods which are usually carbs is bad. Too much gives me headaches and sometimes migraines, I have been eating more fruit as well. I love dried cranberries so it's simple to have a small bag of them to snack on. I got fruit at the college I sometimes go to to workout, cheaper than a gym, and it tasted horrible and I had no idea why. It made me sad. I probably won't be great a being vegan for a while and sometimes I don't even think not eating meat or fish forever is going to last for me.

To be vegan or not
Why is it so hard to decide? Lately I've kinda been slacking on the vegan stuff, just because when I've been going out to eat I've been eating shrimp and a couple other things. This weekend I decided to go out, I didn't cave, I chose to do this. I went all out and I had steak and chicken and shrimp and dairy and tuna fish this weekend. I decided that the way I'll start eating now is kinda like what I've been doing. eat totally vegan at home and then eat kinda whatever I want when I go out. I do feel a difference in my body after this weekend. A slight difference that I can't even describe. And I don't know if it's because I ate all the meats this weekend or if it's because I didn't eat healthy at all this weekend.. it's either from both or moreso that everything wasn't too healthy besides the broccoli I had lol. I only went vegan to help fix my acne.. and that didn't even help.. so it's not like I'm attached to anything while eating vegan other than I tend to eat healthier.. so it's such a hard decision.. I guess I'll have to keep testing things out but regardless I'm only eating salads this week because I gained 4 pounds 😂
