And I so desperately wanted to believe.

To believe you had stopped lying.

To believe things would get better.

But you never meant any of it. You played the game, you played me, till you got bored...

At first I was hurt, confused... then angry & disgusted with myself for allowing you to hurt me.

Now... now I forgive myself for not knowing.
