Film Reaper Functional Movie Theater

The movie theater rabbit hole in Growing Together was wonderful… except for the inability to access those movies anywhere besides that one lot in San Sequoia. So I fixed that by creating two items: one is the movie theater marquee extracted from the movie theater building and the other is a movie poster.

Both the poster and marquee function the exact same as the movie theater in San Sequoia with the ability to place on any lot and remain functional!

Let's talk movie poster first. It matches all the existing movie theater posters so you can seamlessly integrate it into your theater vibes. It looks good on its own or you can stack vertically for a double tall, very extra movie poster.

The marquee sign functions the same as the movie poster by allowing your sims to catch a movie on any lot. It is illuminated at night and the lights have a scrolling effect as well as a changing color bar along the vertical part of the sign. (This took me forever to get right, I hope you enjoy how it looks!)

Just click on the marquee sign or movie poster to go to a movie on any lot!

Notes:

The one caveat is that your sim will go to the front of the lot near a road when they "attend" a movie. I did this because the alternative was rewriting a significant amount of code to just reroute the sim. I thought stability through patches and updates was more important than having the sim walk to the object.

If you don't have the Growing Together EP, you can still use the objects as decor but you won't be able to attend the movies.

SENTATE - MAY 2023 COLLECTION

For this months collection I wanted to tap into a bit of Prada energy and bring some geek-chic looks into the game. Think of an awkward librarian who reads Vogue, isn’t afraid of clashing prints and wears knitwear well into spring!

The collection features some cute sweater/shirt combos in various styles, aswell as my favourite style of skirt, updated and improved, that can be mixed and matched! Also included is a cute layered shirt dress with pleated skirt and a pair of… MARY JANES!?! Available with or without 3d socks.

The collection features 2 tops, 2 Dresses, 2 skirts and 2 pairs of shoes. The shoes with socks and every item with a shirt under it comes with an overlay so you can really match or clash your colours.

As promised last month I was working on a petit Kitchen Set for my Chateau Collection. The main inspiration came from my favorite Youtubers 'How to renovate a Chateau ( without killing your Partner) and a few other Provence Kitchens:).

You will get counters plus an accent counter with drawers. The island is made of three pieces: a middle and two endings and it is not made for sitting - different style different concept :). I also created closed cabinets, fridge nooks plus open shelf units for an extra clutter moment. The counters and island pieces have three different countertop options in white marble, black granite, and butcher's block style, the base comes in 12 colors with either gold or silver metal hardware. Matching the counters this set includes two sinks.

I think my favorite piece I made for this part is the two-tile Lacanche range cooker, you will also get a single-tile version too and it comes in 25 colors.

You can customize your kitchen further with a stove hood and tiled walls.

This is not the end of this kitchen yet, I got very inspired and will continue with it next month:)
