⛏️ | I wish we had better terrain paints; it would make the job of blending a Lot with the surroundings so much easier.

Elena Gilbert's House from The Vampire Diaries ~ Sims 4 Build ~ TVD Save File

i built the Gilbert house (2104 Maple Street) from The Vampire Diaries! i tried to make it feel as cozy, lived-in and accurate to the show as possible, including custom photos of the family (that also annoyingly flag this build as "modded" in the gallery even though there is no CC used at all!) :)

this is the first of many builds for a TVD save file I'm working on. the goal is to turn Willow Creek into Mystic Falls, complete with all the main characters + their family trees and builds featured throughout the series!

Hai haii! I created a mod that adds two new lot types to the game. This mod adds the Thrift Store lot type and the Bubble Tea Store lot type. I am not a big fan of being forced to build a tea shop in a thrift, so with this mod, you will be able to build a bubble tea shop without the thrift store requirements and vice versa and the lot types will still function as the store built.

Separated ThrifTea Lot Types

This mod adds the lot Bubble Tea Shop to the game and overrides the Thrift and Bubble Tea Store lot type with the Thrift Store lot instead. There is an optional package in the download if you still want the Thrift and Bubble Tea Store lot type in your game

Both Lots will have their own build requirements and will function as usual. Thrift Store lots will still have the store owner, customers, and enthusiasts appear. The Bubble Tea stores will have a barista and customers will still visit the lot.

High School Years DLC is required

The Events still work as usual. The Fashion Show will happen at the Thrift Store and the Comedy Night and Poetry Night events will happen at the Bubble Tea store.

A microphone is required to be built in the Bubble Tea Store for those events as I think it is more fitting to have performances at an eatery rather than a place for shopping.
