After spending the last few sets traveling the globe and fully indulging in our glamping era, it’s finally time to pack up the tents and head back home.

Since we are arriving back at the estate, it only made sense to start this next chapter right where you walk through the doors: the grand foyer. The entryway sets the tone for the entire manor, so I wanted this collection to really capture that historic, slightly intimidating "old money" vibe from the second your Sims step inside.

Here is a little peek at what’s waiting in the entryway:

Imposing Architecture: Sweeping skylights for your grand halls and a beautiful timber floor medallion to anchor the space.

Heavy Antiques: A massive stone console and a fierce, feline-footed center table.

The Suitor's Seat: A beautifully carved wooden chair with zero cushions—perfect for testing the patience of waiting guests.

The Umbellivable Bouquet: A wild, foraged arrangement to soften up all that heavy stone and wood.

Estate Rugs: Classic, traditional hallway rugs (carpet tape unfortunately not included, proceed with caution).

The glamping journey is coming to an end with Ikhas Part 4! It is time to finish up those tent interiors so your Sims can finally relax.

This final part includes all the bathroom and kitchen essentials you need: a sunken bathtub, a campaign-inspired sink, a freestanding shower, and a toilet with a matching surround. I also included shelves for a kitchenette, a mini-fridge, campaign dining furniture, and a wardrobe that pairs perfectly with the Soho walk-in closet items!

IKHAS PAVILION

Hello Everyone! :)

Just in time for the weekend, I wanted to share a fun little extra with you! I’ve put together a glamping tent on a 20x30 lot using the new Ikhas Set. Sometimes, build items can feel a bit abstract until you see them put together, so feel free to drop this straight into your game as a destination lot, or just use it as inspiration for your own builds.

The layout features a central seating area with the entrance, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom wrapping around it. Step outside, and there are tons of terrace spaces to relax, complete with the sunken pool from Ikhas Part 2!

Additional CC used: Soho, Kichen, Kichen 2.0, Shop the Look, Fayun (for lighting), and Estate (for the bathroom). (I will be updating this lot once Ikhas Part 4 is officially finished!)

Welcome to Ikhas Part 3! Now that the exterior tent architecture is finished, it's time to move inside. For this month's release, I wanted to capture the ultimate luxury glamping getaway, bringing that high-end, Aman-inspired resort feel to your Sims' interiors.

This is a 29-item Build/Buy assortment designed to create a relaxing, tactile environment. I paid close attention to the mix of materials here, combining heavy plaster bases and stitched leather with elegant fluted woods, woven fibres, and dark forged metalware to give the space a grounded, earthy weight.

IKHAS Part 2 is here! ⛺️✨

I’ve been continuing work on the tent structure, adding a draped entrance, poles, and a new canvas roof. I think the structure is pretty much done for now!

I also worked on the terrace—I love the pools at Aman-i-Khas, so I made a sunken plunge pool with a beautiful water color.

The set includes:

Tent Structure: Draped entrance, poles, canvas roof & trim.

Furniture: Woven sunbed & ottoman, lounger, and two side tables.

Decor: Lantern with a mini pedestal and 2 Dhok trees.

Build: 3 pavements for the terrace and tent pedestal.

I am so excited to finally share IKHAS Part 1! ⛺✨

I have been dreaming of a Glamping collection for years, and it is finally happening. My main goal was to make the rigid building style of The Sims 4 look soft and draped. All the pieces match seamlessly so your tent feels like a cohesive unit, whether you build a cozy one-room setup or a massive multi-room retreat.

The exterior pieces have 15 swatches, and the interior includes the same colors plus 5 fun extra patterns. It also pairs beautifully with both modern and traditional furniture!

This month’s update continues directly from ESTATE Part 17 and completes the boot room introduced last month.

With the St. Ponderley cabinet system in place, I focused on the surrounding pieces that give the room its everyday character. A stone sink and apothecary drawers integrate with the existing joinery, while coats, baskets, trunks, flowers, and soft lighting bring warmth and a lived-in feeling.

The aim was to keep the space quiet and functional, the kind of service room that feels settled rather than styled. Everything is designed to layer naturally with earlier Estate releases and to feel part of a long-established house.

Happy New Year! ESTATE Part 17 marks the beginning of a new interior space within the Estate collection, shifting focus toward mud room / boot room interiors inspired by 19th-century manor houses.

This first release introduces the St. Ponderley cabinet system, a modular, built-in storage system designed to read as traditional estate joinery rather than standalone furniture. Tall proportions, muted tones, and ladder access hint at long-term storage and everyday order in a well-run house.

The system is designed to run seamlessly across walls and works well in boot rooms, hallways, studies, or service spaces.

This set represents the first part of the room, with more elements coming next month.

ESTATE Part 16: The Stable Interior :)

After spending the last two months focused on the exterior architecture, ESTATE Part 16 moves inside. My main inspiration for this set comes from the Royal Mews and traditional British stables—I wanted to capture that refined, almost residential aesthetic where functional spaces are still beautiful.

Walls: Tiled stable walls with matching panelling for a cohesive look.

Floors: Rustic brick flooring in two variants: a classic straight layout and a herringbone pattern.

Sweep Partitions: A curved, spindled divider to help you structure the layout and create open, airy horse boxes.

The Furniture

Chesterfield Seating: A long-requested set! Includes a Sofa, Loveseat, and Armchair to add a touch of luxury to the tack room or lounge.

Horse Care: Includes a horse bed, hay feeder, water trough, and a saddle rack (available both with and without a saddle).

Base Game Compatibility To ensure everyone can build with these items, regardless of whether you own Horse Ranch:

The Hay Feeder includes a decorative version.

The Water Trough includes a functional Sink version.

I’ll be continuing the stable interior next month to allow for even more storytelling!

Hello Everyone :),

This month continues the Stable Block and focuses on giving you more flexibility for shaping the exterior. I’ve always enjoyed working on architectural details, and this part leans fully into that.

This set introduces a new system of stable windows, available as metal frames or in the stable colour palette introduced last month. Each unit can stand alone or snap into extended runs, allowing anything from a small outbuilding to a full courtyard façade. Matching stone surrounds—frames, sills, and pediments—are modular as well, so you can compose your own profiles rather than rely on fixed shapes.

A fully modular pilaster system complements the windows. It includes bases, shafts, pedestals, and three capital types: Tuscan, Ionic, and Corinthian. All pieces come in straight-wall and corner versions. They’re sized for two-storey façades but scale down neatly while keeping the snapping points intact.

For additional architectural detail, Part 15 adds a horse bas-relief panel, a simple wall niche, and a gable clock designed for stable or manor rooflines. These work with both the stone palette and the new modular elements.

The roofline is extended with a cupola, a roof-only cupola, a smaller dormer, a new frieze, a half-wall trim, and a matching roof trim. All exterior pieces use the 20-stone Estate palette for seamless integration with earlier parts.

The first part of the Horse Stables 🐎

Inspired by Georgian and Palladian architecture — elegant, sturdy, and slightly simpler than the manor house, yet still grand in presence. This first release focuses on doors and archways, which can be customized with separate door wings, matching windows, stone surrounds, and a small round window.

The doors are detailed with heavy metal hardware and horse-shaped handles, and come in 3-tile, 2-tile, and single-tile versions. To round things off, there’s a functional frieze, foot trim, and a series of climbing rose bushes to bring your stable walls to life. 🌿
