Buck: No. Cookies.

Eddie: Why the big bag then?

Buck: Because now I have a 5 year old in the house who has a sixth sense for my baking and immediately goes to steal what I make. So I have to hide them. Which stresses me out. So then I bake more.

Eddie: Don’t tell me that entire bag is filled with them.

Buck: Told you. Stressed.

Chris, from his room: ARE THOSE COOKIES I SMELL?

Eddie: Dear god, both of our kids have a sixth sense for them.

Buck, sighing: At least this one won’t bounce off the walls after one cookie.

Buck: And cold water tastes pointy.

Eddie: You really get me.

Buck: Wanna make out?

Tim Minear: ughhhh okayyy um… just rip off his shirt and cover his tits in blood

9-1-1 writing staff: ummm are you sure we shouldn’t write something more substantial for him?

and

the last episode deserves a lot of criticism but they nailed this moment. I don't blame Buck for not checking in on Eddie during the episode cuz like he wasn't in the waiting room, he had shit to do + Maddie was with him on the phone from the moment he knew there was a shooter to the very end. AND he was the first one to notice Eddie's absence SECONDS after meeting the rest of the team

Eddie: do you want to have dinner with me?

Buck: …we have dinner with Chris every night?

Eddie: No…I mean without Chris

Buck: oh? Is he going to another sleepover or something?

Eddie: no it’s- I just feel like I haven’t seen you in a while
