i am not a fan how the term "detransition" will refer to both 1.) someone who decides they are no longer transgender and 2.) someone who is still trans, but can not continue to medically transition for whatever reason. these are extremely different

also both 1a) someone who is pro-trans but just realizes they personally are not trans and 1b) someone who falls into a right-wing political or strict religious mileau and therefore decides trans isn’t a thing people should be
