things that are real now: - origins styled r2 polokus - clark with tarayzan & skops with begoniax, interesting combinations - origins and r1 hunters together - incrediballs in origins. lol. - indeed griskin (with feet now) and hoodoo, also hoodmonger and hoodstromer and a little bit of a grim keeper (based on the usual suspects image which rocks) - ARENA DARK RAYMAN AND DARK GLOBOX - ALSO andre. hes straight up just there. also teensy doctor interesting new design - SERGUEI STRAIGHT UP - also r1 magiican lol in an edu game board - several legends things in origins which is funny to me

the skins look like. genuinely unfinished. hopefully theyll look better on release but if they dont then that gives me more of an excuse to reuse my originsing art in a mod lol

By which I mean: the thing Ahsoka and Devon have in common in a Doylist sense is that they are both original characters created to be a legacy character's apprentice (Anakin for Ahsoka, Maul for Devon) in a show that legacy character was nominally the lead of which existed between already-set points in their established timeline.

Which means: those apprentice characters are ultimately where the real action is. Because while the elaboration on how the legacy characters get from A to B is far from unwelcome, we know how things end for them, we know where their characters ultimately end up: Anakin becomes Vader and Maul dies to Obi-Wan on Tatooine. We learn the how, the why, but we already knew the what.

But Devon in Shadow Lord is wide-open, as Ahsoka in Clone Wars was before her: she's new, she has no fixed end, anything is possible! What happens to her? Where does she end up? Who does she become? These are the questions! And so once again the apprentice girl OC is ultimately the one to watch. Ahsoka outgrew her association with Anakin as people began to care about her in her own right and I have no doubt the same will be true for Devon and her association with Maul.

I’ve been playing through Skylanders Superchargers again recently and remembered they did a collab and added Bowser and DK. (I sadly can’t play as them boo..) What if.. they did a Ubisoft one?? With the iconic duo, Rayman and Globox! I’ll probably make their vehicles when I have time.. I was choosing between Air, Magic or Light for Rayman but I thought about Air! Perhaps he’d have attacks like his vortex abilities (maybe one upgrade makes him look like Vortex?)

Globox as a Water element made sense, y’know? If I were to pick another character to have a sky vehicle, it would probably be Barbara..

I want you guys to know this shit not only makes my life better and easier, and consequently makes me like you more, but WAY MORE IMPORTANTLY could literally save someone's life.

Yes, eye strain sucks. Yes migraines are painful. Yes seizures are miserable. But every single epileptic seizure, to a very small but very much not zero degree, can just kill you. Seizures are horrible and dangerous - with aspiration and head trauma to take into account as well. Even if it's "not that much flashing" or it's "not that long" or "it's only a seizure" or whatever kind of excuse you may want to make - PLEASE think about photosensitive users when you interact with media

Rapid change between different colors

Rapid change between light and dark frames

Anything that causes the value of the screen to change very majorly very quickly

Anything very color intensive/stressful for the eyes

Needs to be tagged with things like "flashing lights" "strobing" "eye strain" etc - NOT tags such as "photosensitive" or "epilepsy" bc we use those tags for our community
