The grays abduct and experiment on humans, which oftentimes creates problems for the abductee, causing them to suffer from illnesses or health conditions that can't be explained. If a doctor can't identify the cause of a health issue and nothing seems to help, then that typically means the grays did some sort of experiment and placed an implant in the body that caused the unexplained health problems. When the implant is removed, then the unexplained health problem typically goes away.

Do not trust the grays. Sometimes they will try to appear friendly or convince people that their experiments are for the "collective good", but it is all a deception. The grays do not have a soul and they are like intellectual and independent drones whose purpose is to serve the Demiurge (aka "the devil") and the Archons. The Demiurge wants to be like Source/God, so he made his own version of angel workers, which are the grays.

Unfortunately, there are malevolent spirits and beings on this planet who constantly try to harvest our energy and they are quite successful at it. Much of the population suffers because of these powerful beings who have constructed systems and weapons long ago to oppress and attack us mentally, physically, spiritually, and energetically. They are very skilled at hiding and they like to keep us distracted with brainwashing and controlled opposition, so that people don't realize where the root of a lot of humanity's problems come from and that the suffering on this planet is unnaturally overtuned by these oppressive beings.

The way to defeat these parasitic beings is with our inner child. And by that I don't necessarily mean to become a completely innocent child and ignore your more mature instincts and nature. Fighting against our enemies using our inner child simply means to have fun, use our imagination, and to be playful. Essentially, do what feels fun to you, no matter if it seems unserious or too simple.

The malevolent spirits know your inner child is your greatest weapon, so they try any way to prevent you from accessing it. These beings know the ways in which you can connect to your playful inner child side, so they will target and attack those areas the most, typically inflicting you with trauma to repress and shame that part of you.

To step into the power of your inner child, you need to overcome shame and face your traumas because that is what blocks it. You don't even have to necessarily heal from your traumas to access your power. All you need to do is acknowledge them, rather than suppress or ignore them.

Once you do that you're going to have to figure out what is the right way to use your power and what pure playfulness looks like for you. Because when you gain access to it, the enemy will try to twist your power in their favor by manipulating you into believing you should use it in a way that is not actually true to yourself. The key is to know who you are and stand in your soul's authenticity. Don't let others tell you who you are or what you should believe about yourself.

The first thing I recommend is to meditate and focus on the person you wish to hex, feeling what objects or elements have a hostile energy towards that person (ie water, knives, fire, spices, herbs, etc), Anything that comes up in your mind or that you feel a strong pull towards, use it in the hex you create. 

Once you have the hostile elements/objects, you’ll want something to symbolically represent your target (ie a piece of paper with their name on it, a photo of them, or an object imbued with their energy). 

You will then use your hostile elements/objects to attack your target. For instance if water comes up as hostile, you can create cursed water and then “drown” the piece of paper with their name on it in the cursed water. Or if fire came up in your meditation, burn a photo of them while doing your spell and sprinkle cayenne pepper over the ashes. (To make cursed water to can speak things into it like, “You are in great pain”, “Your life is falling apart”, “You are a failure”, etc (and you can put things in the water that have negative, icky, or hostile energy. Some examples could include things like dirt, rusty nails, broken glass).

It is very important to tell each ingredient and tool what they are being used for, while keeping in mind your intentions towards your target. Acknowledge the ingredient you’re about to use and then state what you want it to do. For instance, if I were using cayenne pepper in my hex, I’d say “Cayenne pepper, attack my enemies and bring pain to them.” You could be more specific too and add something like, “...bring pain to their physical body” or “...destroy their health”. It’s really up to the caster to decide how specific they want to be and what they feel fits the situation.

It could also be good to use any emotions you have towards them in your hex. For instance, when speaking during your spell, use any anger you have towards the person and direct the spoken curses at whatever object you chose to symbolically represent them. And if you feel the need to cry for whatever reason as you do your hex, don’t hold back.
