HAIKYUU!! WEEK 2020 | Day Three: Favourite Team

NISHINOYA LAYOUTS (>⤙<)

i am back with MORE HAIKYUU HEADCANNONS and this time they’re about what characters enjoy outside of volleyball :DDD

yamaguchi: loved pokemon as a kid, but still collects cards and occasionally plays against tsukishima and yachi

yachi: is good at nail art and paints her mother’s nails (and sometimes kiyoko’s)

hinata: shares a minecraft domain with kenma and has like 10 dogs and cats

suga: would’ve made those rubber band bracelets from back in the day, but he’d make the really intricate ones and give them to everyone

kinoshita: listens to the who religiously. i also feel like he’d have a 60′s wardrobe

noya: makes memes that are either really deep and existential or is just an ugly picture of tanaka that he uses as a reaction image

tsukishima: likes gardening, has a whole strawberry patch in his backyard that he’s been growing since he was a kid

kiyoko: makes her own hair and face masks and knows the soundtrack of every studio ghibli movie by heart

narita: is really good at latte art, but prefers tea to coffee

tanaka: insanely good at cooking and always surprises everyone with it

kageyama: likes bringing food to the neighborhood alley cats while on his runs

ennoshita: had a goth phase in middle school that he’s sort of grown out of (he still listens to my chemical romance ofc)

asahi: is a *really* good swimmer and likes to use a snorkel to be able to see all the river life (he’s scared of swimming in the ocean tho)

Warnings: fluff, displays of affection, just me being extremely self indulgent and a fucking weirdo not knowing how to show love properly

A/N: enjoy some filler headcanons lol I’ll definitely make a dent in the remaining requests from my lil event I promise 💖

Daichi

kissing your finger/knuckle, specifically just one too

like he’ll pull your hand toward him and kiss just your pointer finger

Sugawara

he’ll randomly straight up cheese at you

big big smiles for attention

Asahi

at times he’ll cup your cheeks and make you lock gazes

just to look into each other’s eyes and as a source of reassurance

Nishinoya

literally screaming “I love you” in your face

full volume, no fucks, just I LOVE YOU

Tanaka

hugging you tight but not too much to the point it hurts

just enough of a squeeze to lift you off the ground a few inches

Hinata

touching faces, I KNOW IT SOUNDS GROSS BUT HEAR ME OUT I’ll try and explain it best I can lmao

like he’ll press his cheek against yours and just like snuggle into you

Kageyama

putting his hand up your sleeves/shirt, obviously not is a weird pervy way

like if your wearing a short sleeve shirt he’ll slip his hand up them and gently squeeze/caress your arms

Tsukishima

pushing/leaning on you

he’ll unconsciously lean on you if your sitting next to him and continue doing so to the point where he’s basically on top of you

Yamaguchi

playing with your ear/hair (if it’s long enough)

like he’ll twirl your hair around his fingers or gently tug on your earlobe (I personally find both very comforting)
