“shoving his religion down everyone’s throats” — like he’s holding a gun to their heads and forcing them to tune it to him…it’s actually laughable 😭🤣😭🤣😭 do they even realize how dumb they sound or are they actually just that dumb?

its so easy to turn away from something that doesn’t align with you btw. but instead they’re out here saying speeches and reaching with their assumptions just to paint him as this huge villain because they’re bitter :/

I personally am not the most religious person,and just like you said people should stop projecting their traumas on mark. There's a lot of not so good things I personally experienced in my religion but never will I EVER go up to a person who's religious and tell them what they should and shouldn't do,and start to project my own problems on them. That's just childish and weird,mark has always been open about his religion and that's what's making me so confused.Because why are some people acting as if this is the first time he's mentioned it?? and it's mostly non nctzens that know nothing about mark as well.

I hope people grow up,he doesn't deserve this backlash. I love him so much bro 🤧💗

he literally made righteous, loser, watching tv, golden hour—no one’s stopping that man from making “baddie” music…not even god! 😭☝️ i personally think he’s gonna go a similar direction as daniel caesar, frank ocean, justin bieber (acoustic version)….who btw!!! all of them have many religious/spiritual themes in their music as well yet no one is saying they’re forming a cult .-.

but idkkkk…..time will tell! maybe he will go the gospel route…THATS UP TO HIM! he is his own artist!

also the way people think he’s just now “suddenly” going to sing about his faith when he’s already been doing it. he’s just SO SO SO good at not imposing the religious aspect of it, like it’s literally up to YOU on how you want to interpret his lyrics, in whichever way it speaks to you.

im not a religious person as well! i don’t want you guys to think im defending him cause im a jesus christ defender — BECAUSE I’M NOT, i question it all every single day. but that’s MY relationship with my faith and that’s something I have to deal with. i’m not going to project that onto mark because we have different views on religion. i don’t see why it’s so hard to just respect everyone’s beliefs. there is no right or wrong. you can have a relationship with god or not at all and that’s completely fine!!!!!
