🌙 #dailysailormoon

as you some of you might have noticed by now, this blog has gone through some changes since even before it went inactive last year. it is no longer a "fandom network" blog, even though it is posting the exact same type of content as it always has. but at this point, it is run only by one person - the same person who originally made it back in 2017 ( omg, it's nearly 10 years ago.... time flies, huh ).

i'm not particularly interested in bringing in more people ( again ) to try and keep this blog active, mostly due to the fact that... well, i am myself not particularly interested making gifs and graphic stuff myself anymore - at least not to the same extent as i used to. and i feel like, as the owner, you should practice what you preach. i don't want to have other people around to make content for this blog when i myself lack the motivation to do so.

however, i still VERY MUCH like the idea of trying to boost other gfx creators. there are MANY wonderful creators out there that make very beautifully looking graphics and gifs ( particularly for sailor moon ) that i would like to highlight if possible by reblogging their content ( and it really helps if they used the #dailysailormoon tag if possible! ).

i do genuinely sometimes get struck by inspiration, and i do sometimes end up making and posting a gifset here and there. but most of the time, they are posted over at my personal blog @thatbutler ( the one that this blog, dailysailormoon, is attached to because yes, this is in fact merely a sideblog ), but now and then i'll might post some original content on this blog as well.

with all this being said though, for anyone who has been following this blog for any amount of time, please keep in mind that, going forward, it will be a lot more chill around here. i'm considering posting on here about anything sailor moon-related, meaning that even if graphics and gifs are still the main focus, my own thoughts and musings about the franchise may appear on here as well.
