āan assumption, though false, persisted in will harden into factā. your thoughts, beliefs and assumptions create your reality. we are used to thinking that 3d is our true reality, but this is not so. 3d is a mirror that reflects your 4d
if you want something, then all you have to do is decide that you already have it and be persistent. many of you misunderstand the meaning of this word in the context of the law of assumption. repeating affirmations, listening to subliminals for 24 hours and doing methods at every opportunity is not persistent. āpersistence is remaining in a state of fulfilled desire. to be persistent means to stick to your assumptions regardless of what 3d reality shows you. if you react to 3d, then you are not persistentā
by reacting to 3d, you do not allow new assumptions to form in your subconscious. imagine that 3d asks again and again if you are sure that you have mastered void, shifting realities, lucid dreaming, etc. āare you sure? are you 100% sure? but you said before that you always fail. i don't think you're sure. look, you woke up again in this reality without desires. what? do you really believe what you're saying? i ask you again, are you absolutely sure?ā. instead of giving a positive answer every time, you immediately give up and scroll through tumblr looking for a new method. you must be persistent, even if you do not get what you want in 3d after a week, a month or a year
(this is a bit of an exaggeration because i said it as an example., but i forbid you to think that manifestation lasts that long. āboth 3d and 4d always show me only what i want to see. my 3d instantly reflects my 4d,ā ā this is your new assumption, whether you like it or not)
if you have negative thoughts, and we most likely will, then immediately replace them with positive ones. negative thoughts also include anticipation of desire. remind yourself again and again that you already have what you want and you are not waiting for it to manifest itself. if you catch yourself thinking that you are waiting for your manifestation, then remind yourself that you already have it

MANIFEST
important part. manifest your desires. solve any problems using the law of assumption. you can do it right now, you don't have to wait until you enter the void or shift. it's easy. all you have to do is decide. iām not asking you to affirm, listen to subliminals, do sats, etc. you just need to think that you already have everything you want and be persistent in this assumption
want a new phone? ok, just decide that it's already yours. you don't have to try to enter the void tonight to manifest a new phone. do you have the flu? decide that you are always healthy (by the way, this does not mean that you should not take medications. take them, but be persistent in the assumption that you never get sick). again, you don't even have to move your fingers. besides, negative beliefs will not make your life better. do negative thoughts fulfill your desires? no, so why pay attention to them? just enjoy the feeling of fulfilled desire. just enjoy the fact that you always get what you want

PERSISTENCE
my honest opinion: if you are not able to be persistent, your desire is not that important to you. if you react to 3d and give up, then you donāt want to change your life so much. in order to manifest what you want, you need to be persistent in a new assumption
4d is true reality, 3d is a mirror. live in your imagination, live in the end, only then will 3d reflect your new assumptions and beliefs. these people achieved success because they accepted that imagination is the only reality. you are no worse than them. you can be persistent. and you will be persistent
know that your failure will not affect my life in any way. but it will affect you. if you finally become persistent, then you will get everything you dreamed of all that time. do it for yourself. do it for the sake of experimentation. what if you succeed?
METHODS
let's start with the method of manifestation. all i require you to do is decide, be persistent, ignore 3d, replace negative thoughts with positive ones. this is literally the basis of the law of assumption
in addition to this, you may want to use manifestation methods such as robotic affirmations, subliminals, sats, meditation, etc. overall i'm 50% okay with it. everything is fine as long as you don't put methods on a pedestal. if you start to think that without following one of the methods you will not be able to manifest your desires, then this is a red signal. just relax. you will shift, enter the void void, do astral projection, etc., even if you donāt repeat affirmations from morning to evening or donāt listen to your entire playlist. donāt force yourself to lie on your back and visualize the desired reality during sats. do what you like and when you want it. affirm, visualize, make mood boards, etc., but donāt make it a mandatory action. don't force yourself to do anything you don't want to do. and remember you change 4d and 3d, not methods

i know many of you may have difficult circumstances. but thinking about it you only complicate your life. your thoughts, assumptions and beliefs create your reality. please ignore 3d and your life will become much easier. know that people before you have succeeded in unbearable circumstances (poverty, abuse, death of loved ones, illness). they had doubts just like you, but they lived in the end and were persistent (+ this)
this doesn't mean you can't cry or be angry. no matter what you do, only what you think has power. give vent to your emotions, but be persistent in the fact that you have already succeeded. yes, it can be difficult and unusual, but you have to do it if you want to get rid of undesirable circumstances once and for all

⢠Because you canāt observe something and not see it. You canāt intend to shift and not shift. The vantage point you observe from is your location. So if youāre observing your awareness in your DR, youāre there. Itās not pretend. Itās just how it works.
⢠Why would you still be in your CR if youāre observing your DR? Better yetāwhy would you still be in your CR if you decided to be in your DR, and youāre aware of it from the vantage point of the person whoās already there?? It literally makes no sense. Let your mind freak out. Let the reality crack. Then keep standing there.

See how option B is so nonchalant and it actually puts you at ease instead of panicking? Because you are actually claiming the truth. As awareness, you will always be where you desire to be, itās a matter of who you decide to identity yourself with, and in option Bās case, instead of panicking and spiraling, youāve decided to shift your awareness to a reality/version of you who already lives your desired life. Yay! Option A just forces you to believe that youāre trying to get your desires and you donāt have it, creating a loop, which is NOTTT what we want.
do yāall remember the story in Autobiography of a Yogi about manifesting an orange out of thin air?
people are fascinated by that story and understandably so. it immediately pulls attention toward the idea of physical reality bending, of something āimpossibleā becoming possible.
but the moment we focus on whether the orange became physically real, we miss something else entirely.
why is the orange in imagination considered less āmanifestedā than the orange in a hand?
when you picture an orange vividly, it appears in experience. when you hold an orange physically, it also appears in experience. both are known in the same place: awareness.
the difference is not in the appearing, but in how weāve been conditioned to label it. one is called āimaginary,ā the other āphysical,ā and we assign reality accordingly.
so when people ask whether itās possible to manifest a physical orange, i find a different question more interesting: why do we dismiss the orange that has already appeared in imagination?
if consciousness is where all experience is known, then both oranges are already manifestations within it. one is simply interpreted differently.
experience is experience no matter the form.
the orange in your mind is not waiting to be manifested. it already is.

Here is something practical that you can do. This will help you let go of the outside world:
Treat this like an experiment.
Lay down or sit in a chair and be comfortable.
I want you to tell yourself this, or word it the way you want to, "I am allowed to completely let go of the outside world. I do not need to focus on others or what is happening out there. I only need to focus what is happening in here. If I feel satisfied in here, then I am. I will identify myself with my inner self. I no longer have to control the outside to but my inner. My desires are so easily achievable within myself.Ā It brings me much relief knowing I can let the outside go, and only focus on changing myself. "
Say it once of a few times. Really focus on theĀ reliefĀ you feel from not having to control the outside.
From here, imagine feeling satisfied or accomplished. Then ask yourself, "What would it feel like if I was who I wanted to be?" Then feel it,Ā enjoyĀ that feeling and know that you areĀ NOWĀ it. You do not need any more confirmation. That is final.
After you feel all of that, come out of contemplation and simply be neutral or feel more confident in yourself.
Only look within from here on out. Do not care about the outside. It will conform, even if it seems like it won't, it will. You will be in positions that will confirm what you have done. You will be in a position that will trigger your memory of what you have done within
when you're manifesting you're shifting. when you're shifting you're manifesting. okay? okay.
so if you have an idea of a type of reality you're manifesting, for example i have a whole google doc of my desired end and it includes things like my desired friendships, connections, love life, circumstances, appearance, what i do, etc etc, that is a whole other reality that includes within me. yes? so in a sense, when you become aware of that you are permashifting to that reality.
do you understand? you are permashifting to your desired reality. this doesn't have to be a fame dr or anime dr, it can be a better version of your cr. your old reality that you leave behind by removing your awareness from it still exists, but there's another awareness that takes over the version of you in your old reality.
additionally, you are always shifting. you're not the same you from this morning. the reason why it looks like nothing changed is because reality is produced in frames by your brain, so things make sense and you don't lose your mind. this is where the concept of continuity comes in, which i'll talk about in a separate post.
but bottom line, i do think when we're manifesting and scripting our dream lives, appearances, sps, friendships etc we're basically permashifting to a better version of our crs.

name your 'subconscious' something. something personal/weird whatever. and treat it like your best friend. your subconscious listens to EVERYTHING. it's there to be helping you. (cuz it's lit you but okay) so just talk to it like
"[name] omg i'm so happy we're shifting tonight. i know you're gonna help cuz you're in charge tonight"
"[name] we're going to get into the void. I'M SOOO HAPPY YOU'LL HELP ME!!"
idk why it worked, but it helped me manifest a lot.
2. name your doubts. whenever a doubt pops up, think of it as a separate entity. think of it as a dumb bitch karen who's here to irritate you. name it and CUSS the fuck out of it.
"oh we're never going to be able to-" shut up karen. why don't you let the important people handle it
š„ø There is this deep, bone-level exhaustion when 'manifesting' that comes from trying to pull something toward you. Convinced that if you just "manifest more" or "rebrand your entire existence" you'll finally grab hold of your desires.
But what if you just stopped? What if the reason you can't see your manifestations is because you're looking past them thinking they're "out there" when you already have them?
We talk so much about the "process" of becoming. "i am manifesting... i am working towards... i am waiting for my manifestation to come in... i am becoming my best self..."
But think about the actual energy behind those words. To say you are in the process of getting something is to LOUDLY declare to the universe that you do Not have it right now. Itās a confession of lack. You canāt be acquiring something you already own. The moment you say "I'm trying to get," you cement the reality of "I don't have."
š„ø This is where the whole concept of time completely falls apart. We treat time like this straight line, this long hallway we have to walk down to reach our desires. But time is just a story the mind tells itself to make sense of the Void we exist in. There is no future. There is no past.There is only this exact, singular, breathing moment.
If time is an illusion, then waiting for a "future" where your desire finally manifests is a paradox. It can't be waiting for you down the road, because the road doesn't exist. There is only here. There is only now. And in this now, it is either done, or it isn't.
Which brings us to the quiet truth of it all. itās already done. Not "It will be done," not "It's on its way."
It is done.
š„ø Reality isn't a mirror reflecting what you want; it's a mirror reflecting what you ARE. You don't 'attract your desires', you experience your own consciousness. So if it's already done, the only thing left to do is to shift your internal address to the version of you who already has it by identifying as the version of you who has it all!! Not the version of you hoping for it. The version of you who is currently living with their desires.
š„ø You don't have to push, or force, or convince, or beg. You just get to REST. You get to let the heavy, frantic energy of "trying" dissolve.

life is not that serious, in fact, it is nothing more than a playground for you to play and experience whatever it is that you want to experience!
when you stop taking life so seriously and instead see life as a playground, a beautiful place, just for you to enjoy and entertain you, you let go of the limited self, and truly experience your true Self, the observer.
if you really think about it, you are seeing the trees, but who is acknowledging that they are there? the mind / the observer.
the mind is not a limited thing, it is a limitless formless entity, that cannot be described in imaginary words, who has put limitations on itself. let them go, and finally be free!
when you start to see everything as your own creation, thoughts, feelings, experiences, you realise how you have been limiting a limitless thing.

āMY EXPERIENCE WITH SHIFTING & WHAT EVERY SHIFTER SHOULD KNOWā

I need to share this with you because I know there are many people here going through exactly what I went through, and I want this account to serve as proof that it's real, that it works, and especially that the problem was never the technique, it was the state. Iāve been in the shifting community for many years about six or seven and for most of that time, Iāve never managed to shift, not even once: no mini-shift, absolutely nothing.
Iāve done everything, literally everything you can imagine: the Raven method, Alice in Wonderland, Sunni, Julia, intention-setting, the pillow method. Iāve meditated for hours before bed, listened to subliminals all night long, written 30-page scripts detailing every corner of my DR, and tried using binaural beats, frequencies, guided sessions, and no guidance with music and in silence, sleeping on my back, on my side, or sitting up, at night, in the afternoon, and during short naps. Iāve tried with methods and without any method at all. And every morning it was the same thing: Iād open my eyes and there I was same room, same ceiling, same CR. And every time it happened, the frustration grew, because it wasnāt just "I didn't manage it today"; it was "another day proving I can't do it, that this doesn't work for me, that maybe I'm the only exception, or maybe everyone whoās shifted is lying." I would fall into that destructive cycle I know many of you are familiar with Iād try hopefully, fail, get frustrated; the frustration reinforced the belief that it was hard, and that belief made it even harder; Iād try again with more desperation, fail again, and repeat this for weeks, months, and yearsuntil at some point I gave up completely: I left all the groups, deleted my scripts, stopped consuming any content about shifting, and told myself it was all nonsense, that none of it was real, and that Iād been a fool for believing in it.
Then, after some time, the urge would return; Iād go back to the groups, read someoneās success story, hope would reignite, and the cycle would start all over again, exactly the same: the same desperate attempt, the same frustration, the same hollow result. And, amidst all this frustration, I ended up developing a "method" which, deep down, was nothing more than self-destruction disguised as a technique called "Ren's Reboot." It works like this: you pull an all-nighter, staying awake until you are completely exhausted; when your body reaches its limit and is utterly drained, you lie down and try to shift out of that state of extreme fatigue. The idea is for the brain to be so exhausted that the conscious mind cannot put up any resistance, thereby facilitating the transition of consciousness.And look, Iāll be honest with you: I donāt recommend this at all. Itās a method that works by depriving your body of sleep and forcing an altered state through physical exhaustion; this is harmful to your health and affects your immunity, mood, cognitive abilities, and your entire life in your current reality (CR). Furthermore, it creates an unhealthy relationship with \*shifting\*, making you feel like you need to destroy yourself physically to achieve something that should be natural. I tried this several times and had unstable, fragmented experiences that left me even more frustrated upon returning; so, please, donāt go down that path.
What really changed everything for me wasn't a new method, a secret technique, a more powerful subliminal audio, or pushing my body to exhaustion; what changed was that I finally understood what I was doing wrong.
I was trying to shift from the mindset of someone who can't shift.
It sounds obvious when put that way, but in practice, itās the most subtle trap there isbecause every time I lay down to "try," my internal state was one of need, of lack, of "please let it work this time," and that state is exactly the state of someone who isn't in their DR; I was inhabiting the mindset of "I want to go but I can't," and wondering why I wasn't going. I began studying Neville Goddard in depth not directly because of "shifting," but because I sought to understand how reality works at a deeper level. That was when everything started to make sense: I discovered the Law of Assumption. It is completely different from that superficial Law of Attraction the "think positive and the universe delivers" kind of thing. The Law of Assumption states that you are the creative consciousness and that reality is a direct reflection of the states you assume to be true not your desires, nor your requests or attempts, but rather what you accept as truth at the deepest level.
Neville taught something simple: assume the state of the wish fulfilledādo not desire, do not ask, do not try; simply assume it is already real and live internally from that place. Fall asleep in the feeling of someone who is already there, not in the feeling of someone desperate to get there. And thatās what I did.not overnight, because it was a process, but I did it. First, I stopped "trying" to shift completely. I stopped lying down with the intention that "tonightās the night," stopped repeating affirmations, stopped monitoring symptoms, and stopped asking my body if I was feeling tingling or if it was a sign of something... I stopped all of that. Instead, I started working on my state of mind during the day; at random moments, I would simply put myself in the feeling of having already shifted. I didn't visualize elaborate scenes I just felt it. I felt the natural ease of someone who has already been there and can return whenever they want; I felt that the DR was just as real and accessible as the room next door. It wasn't an effort or a meditation session; it was just a matter of shifting my internal state for a few seconds and then going about my day as usual.
At night, before bed, I stopped "doing a method" and would simply lie there thinking about my DR like thinking about a friend's house without any pressure. Sometimes Iād imagine a scene there, feel it as real, and let sleep come naturally without forcing anything, monitoring anything, or staying awake trying to hold onto consciousness at all costs; if I fell asleep, I fell asleep no guilt. And the first time I actually shifted, I didn't use any method no script, no subliminals, no affirmations, no named techniques, nothing, absolutely nothing. I simply lay down in the right state and fell asleep. It was the most natural thing that has ever happened to me; after years of forcing it with every possible technique, the shift happened when I stopped trying and simply accepted that it was already mine.
There was no sensation of falling, none of the classic "symptoms" I had spent years waiting for and using as a gauge; I simply fell asleep and woke up there. And when I say I woke up there, I mean it was exactly like waking up in my current reality the same solidity, the same stability, the same feeling that "this is real." I opened my eyes and the surroundings were different, the body was different, the air was different, and the first thing I felt wasn't euphoria; it was as if I already knew that place, as if I had come home after a long time away.

Hereās what I want you to take away from this: Stop trying seriously. If youāve been trying for months or years without success, the problem isnāt the method; itās your state of mind. Youāre dwelling in the mindset of "I want to go but I can't" and wondering why you aren't getting there. Change your state. Stop treating shifting like some massive, impossible event that requires rituals and perfect conditions, and start treating it as something you simply do something natural and ordinary, just another part of life. ā
