The same roommate who asked me to smell her trashcan is at it again. Last night she literally mistook me for a trashcan, as shown by her throwing her popcorn bag at me.

My Life #6
I had surgery recently, so I took my pain pill. The pain pill make me tired, so I drank three cups of coffee. It felt like the depressant of the pain pill and the stimulant of the coffee were having an epic battle during an earthquake. I would not recommend it.

My life #5
I am having wheelchair memories today, so here are some positives
1. You can be late to class without a real excuse
2. Perfectly acceptable to have a blanket at all times
3. No guilt while using the handicap stall
4. You can go super fast
5. When you go super fast the wheels shake and the adrenalin is real
6. People (usually) open doors for you
7. Human pack mule
8. Always have somewhere to sit
I was only in one for like 2 months, so I don’t fully understand the experience. But this is what I found.
My Life #4
I am having wheelchair memories today, so here are some struggles...
1. You feel super short all the time
2. Push doors are death
3. The handicap stall is always taken my someone who does not need it
4. People like to push you
5. Going through doors is like preforming surgery
6. The seat is really uncomfortable
7. Hills are a near death experience
8. Desks are not designed for a leg that sticks straight out
I was only in one for a total of 2 months, so I have mad respect for people that deal with it every day!!

My life #3
I posted a sad one, so here is a happy one.
I was in a wheelchair my sophomore year for about a month. And when my teachers saw this they reacted in wonderful ways. One full on screamed when I adjusted the foot rest because it made a loud noise and she thought I would break. One made sure I had an assigned wheelchair pusher for that hour, and made sure I was always the first on in the classroom. That is not even counting the adventures I had with my wheelchair when a similar thing happened my junior year. People at my school were amazing to me and I loved telling them the story of what happened, because it was pretty dang cringe worthy!
My life #2
I was in a wheelchair a few years back, and I decided (stupid idea I know) That I would go to my friends house my myself. I put my crutches on my lap and headed out. It went really well until the way home. I was going along on the sidewalk when I hit a ledge in the sidewalk about 2 inches high. I could not for the life of me wheel over it. So I got up with my crutches and struggled to lift the thing over the ledge while not putting any weight on my lad leg. Needless to say I was obviously struggling. And sadly out of the five or ten people that passed me wither it be in a car or the other side of the sidewalk none of them helped, offered to help, or even acknowledged my existence. One of them was even a police officer... I would have probably declined the help if it was offered, but come on people, help your fellow man out a little bit.
IB Stories #3
I unfortunately missed this day of class, but I heard of it and benefited from the actions of my classmates. My History of the America’s class decided that they did not want to take a quiz that day, so they hid my teachers little black book that held every possible question. When my teacher got back to the classroom he found a not that said if he wanted to see it again he would give everyone a 100% on that days quiz. No 100′s were given, but not only was there no quiz for like 3 days because he could not find the book, but no one got in trouble.
My Life #1
I was shopping for foundation with my best friend yesterday, and I being a 19 year old had somehow never bought it before. So we wandered around Ulta for like 20 minutes before sitting on the floor and trying to match ourselfs to a color because we were too afraid to get someones attention. We left a few minutes later and got cheap stuff from Fred Meyer...

I am still packing. I don’t know how I will ever sort through the junk. Why are dorms so small? And why have I procrastinated on yet another thing? WHYYY?

College Life #1
I have not even started college yet and my preparedness no far is terrifying me. I just realized how much stuff I have, packing is turning out to be a horrific nightmare. HOW MANY SWEATS DOES ONE GIRL NEED!?!
IB Stories #2
When I gave my TOK (theory of knowledge) presentation in year 2 of IB I was the first to give it. I had fought for the first spot and really wanted to get it over with so I could just relax the rest of the semester (in that class). It almost worked...but my teacher did not record the presentation which just so happened to be a requirement of getting the diploma. So I had to give the presentation again. Needless to day I was super angry.
How am I an adult #1
I was working late the other day, and when I came home I expected no one to be in my house (that I share with my parents and sister). But when I looked at my dogs crate it was empty, and I heard a door creek on the other side of the house. I immediately panicked because I was suddenly convinced there was some murderer in my house. Then my dog walked around the corner and I realized my mom was home. It was then that I realized that I was the toughest security guard that ever lived...NOT!
IB Stories #1
When I was in year 2 of IB, I was in the middle of hell month when all the exams were going on. On this particular day I had to take two exams and I had stayed burned out my brain studying and testing all day. So when I finished my last exam of the day, I went to my next class and took a nap under a table in the back of the classroom. It was amazing.
Bus Stories #6
Anyone who says the bus is useless needs to hear this. I sat next to this guy on the bus for 2 years, he asked me to a dance, we went, then we dated. It only lasted like a month but that's not the point. I DATED my bus buddy. That is all.

Bus Stories #5
I was in 11th grade and on crutches again for the same reason. Going up the stairs is very difficult on a bus and I saw that firsthand. When I was on my way up the stairs I tripped and flew forward ONTO the bus driver. I laughed it off, but it was still super embarrassing.
Bus Stories #4
I was in 10th grade and was on crutches due to reconstructive leg surgery. I still had to ‘walk’ to the bus stop every morning. Due to the nature of the stop it was only myself and one other person that waited there. After noticing me struggling to get to the stop every morning the bus driver decided to temporarily change the stop so it was closer to my house. She was the coolest bus driver I ever had.
