Some of my fave healthy meals from this week (with recipes!)
Mango Chia:
-Vanilla unsweetened almond milk
-Chia seeds
-Sugar free coconut flavored syrup
-Fresh mango
Lemon Kale Pasta:
-Pasta (rotini is my fave)
-Chicken breast (cooked, chopped)
-fresh kale or other choice of greens
Sauce:
-Plain Greek Yogurt
-Lemon Juice
-Lemon Zest
-Garlic
-Salt + Pepper
-Olive Oil
-Crushed red pepper
Tuna Bowl:
-Canned or packaged tuna (I chose ginger flavored)
-Your choice of greens (I used kale)
-Rice (I added jasmine rice)
-Spicy mayo
-Your choice of dressing (I made a combo of teriyaki and yuzu sauce, sesame oil + seeds, garlic, and onion powder)
Spicy citrus juice:
-Oranges
-Carrots
-Ginger
-Lemon
-Lemon Preworkout powder
-Lemon Collagen Protein Powder
