The goal of this blog is to provide comfort, validation, and resources to those recovering from a variety of mental health issues, including myself. I post things that I feel like I need to hear or have needed in the past.
To make sure this stays a healthy place for me and everyone else here are some Ground Rules.
Ground Rules:
Do not respond to my posts with negativity that will harm me or my followers. You will be ignored at best and blocked at worst.
I am not a mental health professional. I do not often respond to those asking for mental health support in my DMs, as it could be detrimental to both myself and you. If you're having trouble, I will always suggest you seek a mental health professional or a crisis line.
All of my posts are able to be reblogged. This is a public space and I expect people to reblog and share my content. However please do not repost my original content on other platforms.
I enjoy people interacting with my posts, so please tell me if any of these posts helped you or how they made you feel in the tags, replies, or reblogs.
If there's something you want me to tag, please let me know and I will do my best. I haven't been using the "tw" or "cw" system because there are so many different ways to type them. I just tag the words generally.
