Happy birthday, Viktor! I’m posting my sweetmilk recipe that I developed after scouring the sacred texts (The House on Emberflit Alley) and Reddit.

If you’re not familiar with browning butter, that’s okay! If you just add it plain, it’ll still taste good. The butter specifically adds a little fat and salt, and browning it adds complexity and nuttiness, so if you would rather not have butter in your drink, add just a pinch of salt and a splash of cream instead.
