Hell yeah okay.

So, this is all based off of one drawing Brightgoat did wayy back when, I think you can find it in the master post of their MC AU, in which of course, a injured Polly is handing over a charged totem to Nil. Thats fine and dandy on it's own, it's fun to speculate around with your OCs and the situation that could lead to it.

But here we are. In a situation that can lead to it.

First and foremost, this is around the time Glenn is alive. We know that they have died later down the line and that Steve is narrating this specific story like it happened long ago. We don't know how long it's been but he's in endgame (and losing it). Again, not much but just something to keep in the back of your head.

Now for the list of things that just keep adding up!

We're in the Nether, a already hostile place.

Separated and captured by Illagers and their Evoker.

Said evoker, Eve, is with the group to prove themselves by charging a totem.

Said totem is missing, stolen by Iggy, and he's not very happy about it going missing. Trying to prove themselves to be strong, the one who takes charge. This makes them look very incompetent and I think they're losing patience because of it.

Iggy may not be safe but that's a different point. I don't think Brightgoat would kill off a child like that but who knows. Eve definitely would if it came down to it I think.

A brewing tension between the Piglins, Illagers, and Polly & Nil. A fight is inevitable, there's going to be injuries and things are going to go so, so horribly wrong I can feel it in my bones.

Polly is not on good terms with anyone but Paige and Cap seem to be... hesitating. They're not gonna join the duo but they sure as hell are having their own ideas. Which could mean nothing.

THE FLOWER. THE FREAKING POPPY FLOWER. Nil getting handed Polly's flower, the one they got from their iron golem from the start of their adventure. The one Polly keeps as reminder of who she's wanting to protect. OH MY FUCKING GOD.

I understand if this makes no sense but. Everything is lining up too well in my head and I am afraid.

I don’t think that’s anyone has done fanart of Nil with a Terrible Terror and that is a TRAGEDY! So I am here to fix it. Ever since @brightgoat mentioned that Nil would have a Terrible Terror I have not been able to get it out of my head, so here we are.
