Tsumugi: Hamagawa-san composes the music, while Honda-san writes the lyrics, and composes as a hobby, right?
Gaku: That's right. It was fun hearing about the passion they put into writing songs and when melodies come to mind- it really inspired me.
Gaku: I think I could apply it to my own songs as well. After hearing what Hiromu-san had to say, I realized once again how great writing lyrics is.
Gaku: I was involved to some extent in producing Tenn for the "16 Producers" project. But I couldn't help wondering what the lyrics would be if I wrote them for a TRIGGER song.
Tsumugi: Now I'm really curious...!
Gaku: It'd be nice if I could include our names. Like "sky & dragon."
Tsumugi: Is that referencing Kujo-san and Tsunashi-san? š” š¢
Gaku: Yeah. I want to include my name too, but I couldn't think of it in English right away, so I started by coming up with names for the two of them.
Gaku: When I mentioned it to ROIROM, Hiromu-san told me that I kind of remind him of Roi. Apparently he said something similar in the past.
Tsumugi: What a coincidence...!
Gaku: I said, "Seriously?!" and everyone laughed. They were both really friendly, and now that I think about it, we were chatting the whole time, even in between the photo sessions and the interview.
Gaku: Their charm is completely different when they're not performing, so I totally get why fans are drawn to them.
Gaku: That's exactly why I felt even more determined not to lose.
Tsumugi: This event really brought home how much everyone wants to support and inspire one another, it was truly wonderful. If it's not too much trouble, I'd love to talk again. š
