…Disco Elysium I fear. I started playing it when I got out of hospital and had to stay with a family member for a period of time while I recovered. I was (and still am) being denied treatment by my GP, and needed something to keep my mind busy and try to adjust to my brain fog and memory being much worse. It was a game I’d heard about, and it was on Game Pass, so I gave it a try, and my ass got hooked.

Writing wise, I swear I am still chipping away at my judblanc fic, god willing I’ll get the next chapter out before 2027, lol. I’ve also been doing a lot of Lino cutting, and am currently painting a picture frame for a Pan’s Labyrinth print I made for my ex film teacher.

currently working on -- like prev i too am working on a judblanc fic ! i haven't posted any of it yet but ive written 30k for it and i do think there's something there so i HOPE i can post AT LEAST chapters 1-4 which is where the , premise rlly starts. projected 28 chapters. and outside the realm of writing im also working on , making a pair of cargo shorts out of some worn out old jeans. and trying to teach myself latin (just started) (still hopeful)

currently working on -- Artfight References (AUGH. BLOW UP.) most of it is re-vamping my refs from last year, but holy smokes it is a lot of drawing. very fun and exciting!! also trying to teach myself storyboarding… it is a trial to be sure. but hopefully i can make at least one animatic-style artfight attack this year, that’d be good.

Current obsession: Been getting back into Hermitcraft. It’s one of those things that I forget about for a year and then remember and catch up on everything in a two month period and then forget about again. But I’ve been watching Pearlescentmoon a lot and it’s been fun!

Currently reading: Not a solid book right now. I’m keeping up with fanfic reading. My camp is using The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz to inform our SEL, so I hope to read some of that over summer but I’ll see if I have the time.

Currently working on: Camp. That is my whole life right now. For a more focused answer, I am hoping to run ttrpg at some point so I need to adapt one of my one-shots to a simpler rules system and ensure it fits in a two hour block.

Currently wearing: A watch, teal t-shirt, jean shorts, ankle socks that do not match, vans shoes with shoelaces that also do not match. I will put on a cape when I leave. It’s my blue blanket one.

Current obsession: I know based on my blog it seems like I’m always obsessed with hatchetfield, but like that’s usually a constant medium level interest. Right now I’m more actively hyperfixated. I’ve been working on my Holywebs au a lot, and also I’ve been thinking about Glam and the Pentagrams. At the same time I’ve been slowly watching through vods of FFVII gameplay and reading aerti fics before bed lol.

Currently reading: Paradise Lost! Oh my god. Like oh my god it’s taking me forever because I keep annotating the crap out of each page. The language is just so dense and every time I have to pause and reread and parse and give my thoughts AGHHH. I’m reading it cuz someone I respect recommended it to me, it’s mentioned in Frankenstein and I love Frankenstein and it’ll give me more insights into The Creature as a character, and also because my au has lots of religious theming and I thought it’d fun to draw from paradise lost as well (I also recently got a copy of Dante’s inferno for similar reasons)

Currently working on: I’ve been doing hatchetfield art requests on my art acc so I’ve been doing those. Also I’m always working on a poem and my au + someone just sent me an ask about a different au I’ve been cooking up and whoops it’s getting kinda long so that too. I write fanfic now too I guess??? So like I’m working on a Zailey/theatermates fic.
