One, she definitely lost her family to the corruption. They might've died in front of her, judging by her specific fear towards that, and the way she was avoiding listening to descriptions of corrupted people.

Two, she definitely feels guilt about their death. I think she was talking about how she 'failed' them in an earlier stream, which points to one of two things, either she has a classic case of surviovers guilt, or she messed something up and let them get infected. (Or a secret third thing idk)

Three, I'm 90% sure that these are, if not genuine ghosts, then hallucinations, due to the fact that during the conversation in the hall, Water didn't see them, even though they were looking in the same direction.

The fact that Ros got her powers right after killing that snake is so fascinating to me. Already we can see that Ros really wants to protect the dragons and her fellow students, so I'm wondering if that scene is foreshadowing her having to take a life to defend everyone. I also wonder if Ros would be willing to kill someone who's bound to their dragon, because on one hand she's defending her goal, but on the other hand she's hurting the dragons.
