Bf!Kitty was transformed from being a cat into a human and had to learn how to cope with the horrifying loss of paws cat body and the new changes he had to go through.

Bf!Kitty canonically uses any/all pronouns which yk is the biggest obvious representation of being trans in the character.

And then,something I feel like isn’t talked about enough, is how Bf!Kitty was forced to become a rouge,she wanted desperately to be a knight to be close to its own dear knight who paw lost and was rejected and told that he fit more into the box of being a rouge and therefore kit filled that role they were presented as their only option until eventually through persistence and learning many difficult lessons and working hard to earn his position as knight, Bf!Kitty finally grew up to be the knight she always wanted to be and she really didn’t have to choose between being himself and being a knight,it grew and learned from their lessons but ultimately paw was still the same cat that they always were.

Owain arrived to the kingdom of Bannerfall on literally some random day in the middle of the war. It’s hard to keep your arrival on the down low when the kingdom needs all the help it can get and also you’re constantly in massive golden armour but! He sure tried! I imagine he probably just saw some fighting, visited blue kingdom first and heard they were the ‘originals,’ and walked right into the throne room to pledge allegiance. Current monarch was like ‘=͟͟͞͞(꒪ᗜ꒪‧̣̥̇) um ok’

Seeing him around the kingdom was a bit of a double take at first, but he does so much that eventually as people kept coming and going people just started to expect it, especially with all his routine. We know nobody really knew anything about Owain, but I like to think he was a lot closer to the knights before the big battle that cut them down again the first time.

Owain's helmet is also a pretty big point of speculation early on, because he has like 7 locks on his doors and windows for whenever he takes it off. Most people are too polite to speculate though, because the general consensus is that it's either related to his oath or some sort of other religious thing. I feel like Blue Kingdom would be more religious on average than red, seeing as they have temples, and so that would probably be an acceptable explanation for most civilians.

Nom didn't see much of him outside of whatever work Owain happened to be doing at the time, and I was a little uncomfortable around him as he was with most other blue kingdom knights. Owain and Graecie got along well enough, in the way that Graecie does, and she was one of the first to notice Owain's odd habits surrounding food, routine, and general penance. As for other knights idk I think he and Cleo would get along fine, and I like my head cannon that Mohweelive and Oeca were a blue knight and rogue pair Owain was decently fond of (cough I miss my outsiders).

Also apparently he meets Mae like 16 times before bannerfall and doesn’t remember a single one of those times. oops. As for others we know he and Sausage didn't like each other and I think it's because Sausage would meow at him loudly across the battlefield. True and canon.

Also canon, Owain was there for at least one (I think it was just the one but I’ve forgotten) big battle before the one that kickstarted the events of Bannerfall, and in it he saw many of the people he met be killed. Afterwards, I imagine he started focusing more on his duties and stopped trying to connect with the other knights, out of fear of losing more brothers.

He is, at the start of Bannerfall, very awkward!!! He didn't know how to handle the whole kingdom suddenly knowing him and his name and what he's like. It's not obvious in the moment, but later when they're all friends Owain will look back on those moments and laugh like 'oh yea I was sooo nervous' and everyone will look at him and go. really???

Speaking of end of Bannerfall, Owain eventually grows comfortable enough to take off his helmet around others in his kingdom. It starts because many of them received scars while fighting Sausage, and during one of their girls nights (Owain is invited to girls night bc he is the girl's knight) Mae admits that she's a bit self conscious of them. Owain assures her that they're nothing to be ashamed of and, as a result, reveals his face to them not too long afterwards. The only teasing comments he gets are about how he's actually got very cute large brown eyes.

He also holds a lot of regret for the little time he had on good terms with Nom. In a perfect world, he pulled Nom away before his death and got some closure, and maybe even showed him his face. It's not a perfect world though, and Nom meant much more to Owain than Owain meant to Nom, so it's only a wish Owain never got to fulfill.

Owain and Kitty spend most of their time after Bannerfall helping the kingdoms figure out a truce and eventually remerge, while also planning out their knight academy. It stands in between the two kingdoms, so no side of their new kingdom has more access than the other. It's their big project to go along with the alliance, and many of the halls are decorated by memorabilia from it the war.

Kitty and Bubbles take turns talking about their worlds- Sausgae furiously writing it down for a book and Shelby having the most fascinated look on her face as Bubbles shows off his magic

I feel Ren would be wary of Bubbles due to curses and witchcraft but Bubbles would win him over solely because Bubbles asks if he thinks she was cursed too since he can't remember anything, and Ren feels bad because magic seems to be a force for good where this strange Cartman has come from

Kitty would spot Owen and say his voice reminds him of the big kitty in their world and this gets everyone interested in their counterparts.

Also Kitty does not like VScotts Vibes, VScott smells bad unlike their Scott, who smells of flowers.
