Liberation. Acceptance that every thing here is temporary can bring great relief. So much relief. I hope everyone realises how much that relief is going to do you good. I hope everyone realises that you holding on to the past or the anxiety of the uncertain future is only going to cause you unrest. I hope you find that right tapping in your brain and let loose even if that’s only at certain times. Tiniest of moments. Because that feeling is so beautiful. That feeling is true liberation from the past and future. That is when you start to feel like “hey, it’s not all so bad after-all “.
