It's empowering and helps. ❁Live with purpose, create meaning throughout the day ❁Seek help; pop that Zoloft. Huff those essential oils. Do what you need to be a good person, a good partner, a good parent, a good friend ❁Repeat daily affirmations ❁Force yourself not to spiral (that glass IS half full) ❁Be yourself ❁ Subscribe to positive and inspiring media I'm amazed at this year and how something so little can turn into a large and loving communal passion.
