Saw another post saying Alastor is "weird" for calling Vox "Vincent" when he just called him Vox moments before and I wanted to explain this because I'm pretty positive this is why Alastor did it.
He wasn't being weird, at all.
He was being deliberately antagonistic and driving a point home.
Alastor called him "Vincent" when saying there are no friends in hell because he was trying to induce shame in Vox for his humanity of wanting or believing in friendship in hell.
It's a dig, not a random name drop or continuity error.
To Alastor, wanting or believing in friends is a human trait, a human want, a human condition, a weakness, in a place like hell.
To call him Vox wouldn't drive the point home, he goes by Vox, but he doesn't go by Vincent. That's not his name in hell, that's his human name.
Alastor is implying Vox's belief they were friends a human quality by only using his human name. It also likely helped to dig the knife in deeper because knowing his human name was an intimate detail, one Vox likely hadn't shared with anyone else.
He basically did it to mock him. You're no demon, let alone a powerful one, if you think friendship exists here. You're not Vox, TV demon. You're just lowly, weak Vincent who is too weak and neive to be a proper demon.
I agree with a lot of this. I see a lot of people trying to make him calling Vox 'Vincent' here mean something deeper, that it was something special, but he'd called him 'Vox' earlier in the scene, so it's not like he solely called him 'Vincent' in the past. Honestly, to me this was Alastor taking away familiarity - the way someone who normally calls you by a nickname would use your actual name if they're upset with you or your parents might pull you your full name when you're in trouble - with the added benefit of mocking that he knows him well enough to know his human name.
I also want to add in my headcanon that Alastor gave Vox that name. So, in calling him 'Vincent', he was deliberately not using the name that he'd given him because he's putting distance between them.
I love this edition, and I agree wholeheartedly. Even as a RadioStatic shipper myself, looking at is as solely canon it was done to defamilarize and in a sense, de-demonize him (as opposed to dehumanize)dehumanizing. Maybe there were alterior motives as to why he felt the need to de-demonize him and twist that knife, but it's purely speculation.
I like that headcanon, I would think Vox would want to change it after that, but based on what we saw maybe he kept it like a way to try and prove he is "Vox."
Vox keeping the name was something that made me hesitate on the theory too, but in that flashback scene, Vox does say "people know us, they love us", so his reputation was already tied to the name 'Vox'. I find it doubtful that he would switch it up, at that point. Especially since that could lead to questions he wouldn't want to answer, and worse, the lack of consistency might be interpreted to mean he doesn't know what he's doing and wouldn't exactly inspire trust - it would be perceived as imperfection, at best, and at worst, weakness.
And I also agree with what you said. I think Vox would want to prove that the reputation he has - the reputation of 'Vox' - was not just something Alastor gave him, but was his own, and he would refuse to let their falling out take that away from him. Plus, he might be able to rationalize that keeping the name is a 'fuck you' to Alastor, a way of saying, 'you might have given me this name, but now it is mine, and you may want to take it away from me, but you can't, and I am going to make it stand for more than you could have possibly imagined. My name will be everywhere, you will never escape it, and every time you hear it, you'll be forced to remember how close we once were and the opportunity you let pass you by.' (And deep down, he might also be too sentimental to change it, but he'd never admit that part.)

Supplementary to this excellent point, when Vox offers him a drink in the penthouse, he clearly knows his favourite drinks, even offering to call down for a Sazerac (a specifically New Orleans cocktail) Alastor doesn't give him a snappy quip, he's silent, looking as close to morose as we almost ever see him.
