The High Republic is brilliant.

Been a while since I've posted anything here, I got sick of the overwhelming negativity that surrounds this website. But I find myself returning briefly due to the overwhelming negativity just about everywhere else. Of course I'm talking about Star Wars, and the so called "fans" that seem to be doing everything they can to stop me from enjoying it. It's impossible now to browse the internet without being bombarded with "Kathleen Kennedy" this and "sjw" that, which most recently comes in the form of bashing the High Republic.

Well anyway. I'm here to say that the High Republic, or at the Light of the Jedi is a bloody brilliant book, I'd even go so far as to say it's my favourite Star Wars book, and I am tremendously excited to learn more about this refreshing new era. So if, like me, the overwhelming negativity of the Star Wars community is getting you down, please remember that there are those of us out there who just love Star Wars for what it is.

Ah snow, some people love it, some hate it. Some people go for lovely walks through the fluffy white stuff. Others sweep it out of the way to get on with their lives. Me? I go outside, take pictures of Bionicles, then go back inside.

That’s right ladies and gentlemen and others, good ol’ Mr Frost has rolled through again, which means all across the country adults are rushing outside with their figures of choice to exploit the slightly different weather conditions to get pictures of toys to slam on their blogs.

Anyhoo, yeah I thought I’d make a very little story out of it. Toa vs Rahi, not exactly groundbreaking I’ll be honest but it’s the best I could do at such short notice, besides I think it went well, and I got to show off a little build I made yesterday, a Snow Ape! Or Blizzard Ape, or Ko-Ape. I don’t really have a name for it yet but hey, it’s cool and I like it.

But yeah that’s all for now, I’ll be posting my mystery new Toa Moc later on, so stay tuned for that!

Thing is last gen only got Kanto alolan forms. Now we have three more regional Kanto Pokemon and now three dynamax form. People don't hate gen one we just want a break from all the nostalgia baiting. Just dial it back a little.
