Gods, I fucking hate TERFS.
Reblog this to explode a TERF with your mind.
Person does something bad and we don't like that person because it did a bad thing, but it's fine because of their gender.
Is the #karamel fandom still alive? I noticed that there arent new fics and tbh i dont think i will keep watching season four after that devastating ending with Mon-el and Kara 😭😭 I just cant atop thinking about them taking a sabbatical in Argo and getting back together 🥹🥹🥹 i am really considering writing a fic hahah
Kind of? Of the living Supergirl fandom in the Arrowverse fandom, they're mostly Supercorp shippers, but Karamel is still kind of active on AO3.
I do think all of Daisy's problems would have been solved if she got a gf, btw
Nothing against Sousa, but like get that girl a girlfriend.

watching agents of shield and then talking to people about it is so funny because there seems to be two camps of people, the first being that it's utter garbage and the worst thing marvel's put out and the other being that it is the best show ever made.
and i think it is a perfectly ok show. it's not super good and it's not unwatchable, it just ok and that is fine.
In my experience, in AoS discussions, there are two kinds of people:
The people who watched it (and love it)
The people who didn't watch it (and hate it).
The only thing Type 2 people talk about is how it isn't canon.
totally! i mentioned to a relative of mine that i had started it because i knew he was a star wars nerd and correctly assumed there was a marvel overlap and he told me the show was terrible!
and then i asked how far he'd watched and he said he only saw episode one...
i've noticed this happening a lot in cbm spaces tbh, mostly with men in my experience and mostly with more 'woke' media that dare to feature a woman or poc as a lead.
if i had to theorize as to why, i'd say it's most likely because of insecure men who dogpiled on the thing before it really had a chance to do anything, and they were loud enough to generate a bad reputation for it as a whole, leading to the common consensus being "thing bad" even if most people haven't seen it. and why would they? everyone told them it sucks!
I don't think it's an "insecure men" thing, that is many of them, but haters hate things no matter their gender.

Happy Pride Month, every AoS character is gay, okay bye
The queer social media has the best pride stuff
I'm too afraid to look at the 'agents of shield' tag bc if I get spoiled for a show that ended 6 years ago, I'll scream. I used to watch seasons 1-2 when it was airing but couldn't remember where I fell off until now.
I'm on season 3 right now and I miss how simple the MCU used to be when AOS was the only tie-in show. It wasn't too tied into the movies, but it always had little easter eggs that still reminded you what movie came out during which season. The season arcs lined up with the films perfectly.
I'm unfortunately going to tell you to avoid basically all AoS fan spaces, because we talk about the show's events with barely any spoiler tags unless it's under a post/anything about something sharing how far they've gotten and how much they like the show. The reason that I'm unfortunately telling you is because this fandom is amazing, and the least toxic Marvel subfandom ever.
Finish the show, find the online spaces, and I assure you that you'll love it there.

ao3 mcu a:aou abo bdsm ot3 hs au pwp
the fact that this is completely understandable and rather descriptive makes me rethink what i’ve done with my life
#i understand it perfectly but you couldn’t fucking pay me to read it
this post has ended up in at least 2 masters theses and 1 presentation and im not sure how i feel about that
but is it m/m/m, f/f/f, f/m/m or f/f/m
Dont be silly, a:aou doesnt have three whole women in it
This post is just multiple punches to the face
I don't get the "murder is worse than rape" people, because even with fictional characters, murder can be justified, it can be justified in countless ways, but rape is quite literally unjustifiable.
everything else is getting a remake so where's my agents of shield remake?
Sequel special with the original cast and crew please with the original cast and crew back because we all know that Marvel Studios couldn't do them justice.
I hate Grant Ward as much as the next person but man what happened to him in Yes Men was fucked up
What's more fucked up is how no one talks about it. Yes, you get the "Ward is a rape victim" by the fandom, but the show and characters' takeaway from it is "omg ward had sex with the villain" LIKE EW. WHAT WERE THEY THINKING?
Marvel Studios and the Multiverse
Summary of the MCU
Marvel Studios: To Marvel Studios, Final destination. What If, I am Groot. Describe the MCU
The issue with numbering universes: MCU is not 616, For Kevin Feige
Marvel Cinematic Multiverse: MCU is not one universe?, MCM
Sacred Timeline vs Alternate Timelines/Universes: "No flying cars" rule
Agent Carter
Team Thor
Deleted scenes (are they canon?):
IM3 "Tony, Harley and E.J."
IM3 "Maya's Sacrifice"
About IM deleted scenes
Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. is canon.
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.: *deviates significantly from the main timeline of the MCU*
Kevin Feige and Marvel Studios: "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is not canon to the MCU Sacred Timeline, and we do not include it in the Official timeline book or on any timeline on Disney+".
Some incredibly stubborn fans who definitely know better: "No, it's canon."
Me:
Seriously though, they are canon. For their own branch of the multiverse. But not for the movies/Sacred Timeline, which we call the MCU (it's probably high time we defined what is what, because the Fandom and Marvel themselves (and I along with them) use terms haphazardly).
All of AoS is compatiable with the mainline MCU, it just takes a bit of thinking.
ALSO, Kevin Feige never said that AoS is not canon. There are multiple exclusions from the Timeline Book and Disney+ timeline that are considered MCU canon, and even in the Timeline Book, it was said that it's not everything in the 616/199999.
"All of AoS is compatiable with the mainline MCU, it just takes a bit of thinking."
With just a bit if thinking, maybe it's compatible, but try thinking a little more.
"ALSO, Kevin Feige never said that AoS is not canon."
There is literally the "Flying cars rule" formulated by Feige in my original post:
His Foreword from the Timeline book:
It only takes a bit of thinking to realize that this applies to Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., too. You can do it. While it's canon for Marvel as a whole (the Multiverse), it's not canon for the Sacred Timeline: "The timeline presented in this book is specific to the MCU's Sacred Timeline through Phase 4".
I expect AoS to be included in the post-Secret Wars universe, but it won't be the same universe/timeline anymore, as it will be partially rewritten, entering a new cycle of existence. This is part of the hint, but for now and for the released phases, it is irrelevant.
"There are multiple exclusions from the Timeline Book and Disney+ timeline that are considered MCU canon"
Like tie-ins and small details? Well, that makes sense, doesn't it? Or do you consider something else canon that Marvel is not aware of?
"even in the Timeline Book, it was said that it's not everything in the 616/199999."
Yeah, because they're making new movies and series, and most of them take place within the Sacred Timeline. Why wouldn't they include the main events of the show if they consider them canon? They even included events from the one-shots! Think a bit.
P.S. Are you from the Big Brain wiki team? Asking because they share the same arguments and fallacies, thereby breaking their own timeline. Speaking of compatibility.
That quote says nothing about AoS, despite Feige's stance on flying cars.
They also didn't include the Netflix shows or Agent Carter and we know what they think of those, not to mention that it was the Marvel Studios timeline. You're interpreting to see it as talking about future projects, I see it as "we're still not sure where we want these other shows".
Also, I've never heard of Big Brain Wiki.
Enjoy the rest of your existence, non-canoner. :)

Never before have I seen such a respectable list.
If you're going to argue with me on whether or not AoS is canon, don't. Just don't
Like it's one thing if you're an AoS fan and have seen it all and you conclude that they branched off, bc okay, I can accept that. But if you're a MCU fan who's never interacted with it, genuinely, genuinely, just shut up
I've rehashed this time and time again, I have compiled all of my facts, I have all the references and cameos in my notes back when I rewatched it and kept track of everything, I know exactly what kind of points you're going to bring up & how to debunk them, bc I know my shit. I have done the research. Don't try and talk down to me on a subject you barely know
THANK YOU! It's so much worse as a discussion when they just presented half baked facts and incomplete quotes that the way they've presented them twist the meaning of the original, and then act like it's enough to support their claim.
