i’m a simple girl. i see a beautiful notebook, i buy it. do i have a ton of notebooks back home? i sure do. will i probably only fill a page and a half of this notebook and then move onto the next one? most likely.

Working on an essay in my favourite coffee shop, class was cancelled for me today so I have a lot of time! I’m excited for halloween tomorrow but really don’t want to write this essay

It a lot easier for me to stay motivated when there’s snow on the ground, I like to create a certain comfy aesthetic around my work space which has huge windows to look out. I also have a lot of study buddies that I study with including my friends and cousins during the winter months to help me motivated (not anymore cause of covid) 

since the start of the new semester i try to do no work on sundays. and it's wonderful! i get a whole day of doing only the things i love and therefore i have so much more motivation on mondays.

Being a studyblr means that you find an interest in school and want to continue working hard. You don’t need to prove anything to anyone. You’re doing this for yourself.

I’ve had a lot of work on some of the more philosophical aspects of neuroscience, like consciousness and stuff, so that has been really interesting to go through.

i’ve decided to go for the world record for ordering the most chocolate chip cookies from starbucks. for some reason i couldn’t bring myself to study in public, hopefully i get some motivation in my dorm!

i was very social today (via zoom) and had fun in my classes. i had a dentist’s appointment which went well. today’s my brother’s sixth birthday which is exciting! so i’ve been doing psych and lit inbetween my various activities.

13.04.20 / good morning! got woken up by relentless blaring thunder and an emergency alert to take shelter so im not quite sure how to feel. i love rain but not quite apocalyptic weather haha. starting today with some heavy language work along with some danceable tunes to shake bad vibes off. hope you’re all doing okay. enjoy your week ♡
