After dinner I’m hoping to jumpstart my final essay for sociolinguistics and potentially read some secondary sources for my thesis.

my mother bought me lots of baking supplies, so i can’t wait to start making little treats for everyone ! i registered my courses for the spring semester, and i’m really excited for ceramics !! today is an incredibly sunny day, and it means i’m doing the laundry and about to rewatch some studio ghibli. i’ve also been sewing a bag for myself, and that has been going super well !! 

There’s something about the blue and purple combo that I’ve been loving lately. What are some of your favourite colour combos??? 

Yay for four day weekends! I got to sleep in this morning (which is a rare but very welcome occurrence), after watching a concert from my living room last night 🎉 And now I have two more days to relax and indulge in self care 🛀🏻

Don’t know how but many people are reblogging some Tumblr posts I did like 4 years ago and I even didn’t remember. I was a high school student dreaming about entering Med school. So strange thinking about that period now that I’m actually in med school. So much, but even so little, is changed

26.11.20 / what are you up to today? i did a bit of german this morning before getting on my editing session. i’m still trying to get through this chapter right now and i’m getting so frustrated. anyway, i’m going to clean something. that always makes me feel better lmao. have a lovely thursday, or if you celebrate it, happy thanksgiving ♡

i can’t believe it’s almost december :o i’ve had a pretty nice and productive week so far! i finished my research methods lecture diary and i got some really nice feedback on my film analysis that i did this month! december will be a pretty busy month too as i have so many assignments i need to finish plus my japanese final is approaching. thankfully i don’t have that many lectures these days so i have more time for independent studying and working on my final assignments of the year. and i’m also making sure i have time for some nice walks in the lovely winter air!!

my internet is out so i don’t have access to my online textbooks, which means i’m going old-school today and sticking with my books and journals. i went on a bike ride earlier and it was the first time in months i’ve left my house alone. i’ve been too afraid to go out for a long time. i was only gone for around 20 minutes before i started panicking, but it was progress! now i’m trying to let myself relax and recover because my muscles are sore from the stress. i hope you’re all having a good monday.
