there is no ‘right time’ there is just time and what you choose to do with it 

I feel like I’m constantly worrying about the next part of my life without realizing that I’m right in the middle of what I used to look forward to

sorry to those i hurt while i was hurting

fyi there is no such thing as “getting back on track” after the holidays because you were never “off track” you were simply living life because you are a human being and you deserve that

I hate being in that mood where nothing’s really wrong but nothing feels right either

we need carbs and we need fats and we need proteins and honestly fuck diet culture for normalizing malnourishment 

It’s totally okay to say “you know what, this isn’t making me happy” and to walk away from whatever or whoever is keeping you from the happiness you deserve

me halfway through unpacking the dishwasher when i get to the cutlery

See also: I know I’m never going to get this 100% right, so I’m never even going to try because that would be impossible to deal with.

In addition: destroying and restarting the same first step of a multistep project 100+ times because you have absolutely no idea how to move on from a compromised position. Task that was supposed to take less than an hour takes all week and you hate it anyway.

Love this time of year because I upgrade from being a mess to being a Christ-mess
