Some nights I miss writing. Some nights I remember I can again. Some nights I do.

Do not forget the power of her yoni. Everyone who is alive is here because they have come through the same portal that she has between her thighs.

What allowed my kundalini energy to initially activate and flow was releasing the shame around my own desires and my own pleasure. The connection is undeniable.

If you feel pent up emotions or energy, create. When you put it into words, movement, sound or a visual art form, you allow that energy to be expressed out of your body. You will feel more centred and grounded.

Rather than continue to look back at how your creation is being received, create another thing again from where you are at now. Creation helps with detachment. Creation brings you the flow you need.

Create, share, release, repeat.

Spam. You need space to freely and creatively express.

It’s not about who is seeing you. It’s about you seeing you and trusting that who ever is meant to receive you, will.

The less thoughts you linger on a particular thing, the more room for openness that thing has to play out. Thoughts are welcomed, but create mental boundaries too. Let it be free.

The more you create, the less attached you are to how one thing is received. Keep the juices flowing and sharing. It’s a flow that wants to continue streaming from you 🌊
