another rant from me and I do understand like, the whole, don't do thing just because society thinks it's normal but. Sometimes with my OT, psychologist, even sometimes physio and just people in general I don't really think they have thought it all the way through. When I say something like, I can't wash my hair by myself anymore, it's horrible, it's really uncomfortable when it's been however long, they immediately are like "why don't you just shave your head!! Who cares if you're bald!!". I don't want to be fucking bald. I'd look fucking stupid to ME. ANd I'm like. I don't want to be bald. And they try to convince me that I should't care about what "society" thinks. What the fuck about what I think ? I can't wash my hair by myself anymore and I'm having trouble finding a personal care worker i trust to do it so i have to be fucking bald??? like what??? there are so many examples of this i mean it just feels. Anything to do with anything that's an effort but u know potentially an aspect of appearance or something you'd want to do because you like it. even like, food. eating food. I've been like "well you can't prepare meals and you find it difficult to find people you're comfortable with, why don't you just eat soup out of cans?" like?? idk it's just fucking off to me
