Men intentionally bomb their mental health and then act like it's women's fault their mental health is bad.
Look at how single men live their lives. Gas station food and microwave meals, copious amounts of alcohol, minimal fresh fruit and veggies, minimal cleaning in their living spaces, 4 in 1 body wash, conditioner, shampoo, and toothpaste, enough energy drinks to kill an elephant, porn, and raging at video games all day. Of course your mental health is bad if that's the life you're chosing to live.
Then these same men complain that they can't get a girlfriend. No shit.
Men that don't live like that seem to be doing fine. One of my older brothers is single, lives with his cousin, has a good group of friends, cooks decent meals, cleans every week, plays recreational co-ed sports multiple times a week, drinks water. His mental health is fine.
My other brother lives with his girlfriend. He does his share of cooking, cleaning, and shopping, they do really fun activities together like hike, go to art classes, cool together, and going on bike rides together. They have 2 cats that he loves and cares for like they're children. He plays video games but prefers games like Raft, Minecraft, or world building games. Never raises his voice at his games unless he's laughing. He and his friends have board game nights monthly. His mental health is also fine.
My dad lives with his wife. He has a good job, good friends. Cleans most weeks (depends on his and my stepmom's work schedule who cleans most during the week), cooks every day, eats lots of veggies, exercises every day, spends time with his friends. Calls his children and step children regularly. Goes fishing with his dad and brother several times a year. His mental health is also, you guessed it, fine!
Your mental health relies a lot on your lifestyle. If you live like the world has ended, you're going to feel like the world has ended. It's harsh, but a lot of times, your mental health depends on the effort you put into it. You need to take care of yourself. These men don't take care of themselves and then blame women when their mental health is shitty.
