When you wish you could focus on others you like significantly more, you wish you could just forget about THE GUY, but other character arcs suffer in favor of THE GUY, and it slowly becomes evident that they didn't leave enough room to breathe for others and half-assed their arcs, but THE GUY gets one more beach episode, best-case scenario, featuring his accessory of a love interest that is not an independent character of their own and exists only to be shipped with THE GUY for his fans to buy merch or something.
