Bendy is also such a chill manager, I see him bringing drinks for his employees a lot. Dramatic at times, but chill. He constantly dreams of being on stage. He can be strict when needed tho!

GOTH MUGMAN MY BELOVED OMG‼️‼️‼️despite him being a "scary, scary goth" Mugman absolutely ADORES his job, especially doing the little chant for the bears' hearts, he also loves hanging with Goob!! Sprout n Cosmo picked the grossest job omg. The shop is their own, original store and the candies are handmade obviously because they're great at their jobs but little kids come to their shop after going to Build-a-Bear and just SHOVE their lil hands in the containers, one after the other. From one batch right into another.

They try to stop the kids but they can't always catch them unfortunately. Sprout needs to be kept away.

I see Astro working at either a jewelry store being out competed by a bigger, name brand store Or a Claire's, mainly because they're chill and he can just nap. He does always have to look out for Gigi tho.
