Welcome to the wonderful world of transmasc headcanons in fandom! We have:
Blatant fetish content in which one male character in a gay ship is literally only made trans for the purposes of PIV and/or mpreg (the author behind this is a cis woman 50-60% of the time which means nothing.) They will also often make an effort to constantly verbally/narratively feminize the trans man in the relationship while masculinizing the cis one even though it's supposed to be gay. Eg: him being referred to as the "wife," the "mother" or having his vagina and uterus repeatedly overemphasized. The trans man is basically just a woman who uses he/him pronouns as far as the author is concerned and everyone knows it but they never say it out loud. The author might try to make some surface-level attempt to potray the effects of testosterone to look like an ally, but they clearly have no idea how it actually works because they never once even acknowledge T-dicks exist, because having to grapple with the fact that trans men aren't just quirky failed women with short hair and instead can actually have penises like their "REAL man" character they're paired with ruins the inherently degrading and misogynistic fetish
If a character *isn't* made trans with the sole express of being a sex object to a cis male character, then the headcanon will only be given out to the effeminate, pathetic, cowardly, annoying, ugly, skinny and/or short male character who is the only male character out of the entire cast to be interpreted as a trans man because all of those things are such Iconic Transmasc Traits! These characters are also always white or very rarely east Asian because whiteness and east Asian identities are associated with femininity while black and brown races are associated with masculinity, and trans male characters are never allowed to be even *accidentally* read as masculine, because, y'know... they're not REALLY men, and you, as the reader, need to be constantly reminded of it
Different variations on 1 and 2. Nothing else ever exists. No one ships trans men and cis women together but if they ever do, the trans man is still always the fucking bottom because trans men are seen as so inherently effeminate, subhuman and inferior that even cis women are more "masculine" than them (and in cis people's minds, "feminine = inferior bottom" and "masculine = superior top")
If you question the intentions behind any of these, you will be called a party pooping kinkshaming puritan and told to shut up because cis people who claim to be allies HATE being told to actually examine their biases in a way that genuinely challenges their worldview. Fiction totally doesn't affect reality bro, don't look at that cis fujoshis twitter account bro, she's totally such a good ally to trans men in real life and doesn't just see them as sex objects to be raped by cis men bro, it's not that deep bro. Anyways doesn't it suck that cis men fetishize trans women so often even though I do the same thing but inversed? :(
