Ingredients: 2 salmon fillets. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 teaspoon chili powder. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Salt and pepper to taste. 8 small corn tortillas. 1 cup shredded lettuce. 1 cup diced tomatoes. 1/2 cup diced red onion. 1/2 cup chopped cilantro. 1 avocado, sliced. 1 lime, juiced. 1/4 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon cumin. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Hot sauce optional. Lime wedges for garnish.
Instructions: Turn on your grill or oven and heat it up to 400F 200C. Put the chili powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and mix them together. Apply this spicy mix to both sides of the salmon fillets with a brush. Cook the salmon fillets for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until they can be easily flaked with a fork. You can do this on the grill or in the oven. Grill or heat the corn tortillas in a skillet for 30 seconds on each side until they are warm. Do this while the salmon is cooking. Mash the avocado and mix it with lime juice, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, cumin, and onion powder in a different bowl to make the avocado lime dressing. If you want more heat, add hot sauce to taste. Take the salmon off the grill or oven once it's done and break it up into small pieces. Spread some of the avocado lime dressing on each warm tortilla before putting the tacos together. Shred the lettuce, cut up the tomatoes and red onion, chop the cilantro, and add the avocado slices. Spread more avocado lime dressing on top of the tacos and then add the flaked spicy salmon. Add wedges of lime on top and serve hot. Have fun with your tasty Spicy Salmon Tacos!
