Holy shit so this BakuDeku fic has been going around in my head for a while and I finally decided to write out the main points. If any fiction writers wanna pick up this idea and write it i would love that.

Warning: it is mature and Katsuki is THIRSTY! 🤣

Here's the notes:

• Years after graduating - like early to mid twenties

• 1A all pro heroes now

• Deku goes undercover in a strip club

• Trying to catch a human trafficking villian

• Someone from 1A goes to the strip club and sends a picture of disguised deku to everyone

• Baku recognises him but wants to be sure

• Tries to contact deku but no response because undercover

• Baku visits the strip club disguised

• Some other 1a are there disguised too

• Have been going there for a while to thirst, baku kicks them out

• Baku sees Dekus eyes and knows for sure its him

• Cue gay panic because Deku is actually really good

• He leaves in shock but cant forget

• Has multiple dreams about it

• Goes back a few times to watch

• Baku jealous when Deku pays attention to others

• Pays for a dance but just tells Deku to sit with him

• Shocked deku reaction, almost blows his cover by dropping character but fixes it and sits on his lap

• Baku error

• Deku flirts out loud but quietly telling him about the plan: someone from his agency can alter appearances slightly, just enough to make Deku look different but cant hide eyes. Trafficking villian takes people from strip joints and they disappear. Deku plans to get himself taken and find out where the people are.

• Baku shocked that Deku is planning to get himself kidnapped to prove this guy is the villian

• Baku almost ruins the plan by trying to drag deku out

• Deku doesnt let him, almost growling at Baku

• Shocked Baku face

• Baku relents but says he'll be coming to keep an eye on him to help

• ~~~~Sexual tension~~~~

• Each time Baku visits, he shares looks with Deku

• More dreams about deku

• Baku losing his mind

• Deku gets captured, as planned

• Baku goes to rescue him

• Deku had been drugged but still managed to fight

• Baku saves him because Deku had a tracker on him

• Police and other heroes raid the place and save civillians, arrest villians

• Baku takes deku to his place after a paramedic tells them that the drug should wear off soon

• ~~~sexual tension~~~

• Baku helps Deku take off the disguised, it turns intimate

• Lock eyes, devouring kisses

• They booooooooone

• Lol

So yeah this idea popped into my head after listening to the song "Do I Wanna Know?" By Arctic Monkeys and would love that to be one of the songs he dances to <3

I may try to write it but anyone who wants to take a crack at it, go for it because id love to see it <3

Im pretty stoked with how it turned out considering how little i know/do with digital art! Thought about adding wounds on Max and icicles from Wiz's hand but honestly my brain is FRIED spending like 2 days on this. Im happy with how it is 😀

Mayhaps I'll do some more digital art (maybe my own original work) again, we'll see when the hyperfixation beast chomps me again haha 😅

Also, my favourite parts of this were the dangling crystals, Bross the duck bracelet (/rosary? Because Cleric?) And the little cat embroidered on Wiz's bag <3

3 and a half hours-ish later and we have base colour! The hyperfocus is real and i am reminded again of the massive respect I have for artists everywhere ❤️

Possibly trying shadows and depth next, we'll see how I feel 😄 🤣

Had to get this image out of my head after GIGGS DND session 3!! This is something that popped into my head after Max jumped in front of Mr to protect him from the smoke creature, then Mr Wizard leaning on Max's back because of the pain from poison and casting frost over his shoulder. Both a bit beaten up from battle. I just loved the thought of it so much did a quick 10-15 minute sketch haha

If anyone can do a better version for me to fangirl over, that's be amazing!!!!

When I was a (unmedicated, undiagnosed ADHD) kid, like, under 12, my room was a mess all the time. Not shocking.

I struggled keeping it clean.

I struggled getting it clean.

I would sincerely put in quite a bit of effort and be really proud of the progress I made. Then one of my parents would come check and see how I was doing.

"Well, you've still got a long way to go."

That sentence. I was like, 11 when my parents were saying that to me. It was crushing. All my pride and satisfaction with my work was completely gone. All my effort was worthless to them. All they saw what everything I didn't do.

At the age of ELEVEN, I knew that wasn't right. That wasn't fair. I swore to myself I would never invalidate someone's work like that.

Now, at 30, I catch myself thinking 'I cleaned up, but my apartment is still so messy.' and I flashback to standing in my bedroom as a child, hearing those fucking words from my parents.

'No. I wouldn't invalidate someone else's work. I'm not going to invalidate my own. I did good. I made progress.' and I'll list the things that I DID get done to myself.

You deserve credit for all the progress you make.

You deserve credit for all the work you do.

It doesn't matter how much work you have left.

What you accomplish, no matter how small, counts. Even when what you accomplished was taking a day to rest and recharge and give yourself a break.

Never let anyone invalidate your work. Not even you.

the #radio silence tagging problem in the hazbin fandom

said I would make a more eye-catching psa about this, here it is

**although #radiosilence WITHOUT the space is better than #radio silence with the space, I would still like to discourage it, will elaborate later

and 90% of the time, they will listen and change accordingly.

and oh yeah. about that book.

Why shouldn't #radio silence be used?

Radio Silence is the name of a book set in the heartstopper universe by alice oseman.

(which also features a canon aspec character, pictured on the right: aled last!)

and as such: #radio silence is their MAIN FANDOM tag. it is inconsiderate to flood their tag with content from another fandom, especially one as popular as hazbin hotel. but unfortunately, this is something that is already happening because of radiosilence as a ship tag.

and if you're not convinced this is something that bothers radio silence fans, here's some input from the fans themselves:

Wait, so is #radiosilence without the space still fine to use?

it's better than the mistagging of #radio silence with the space. but ONLY on tumblr, because on tumblr, we're allowed the privilege of adding spaces to tags.

I still would like to discourage it though, because for as long as this tag is popularly in use, there will constantly be people mistagging it with a space. I've done what I could to nudge people to fix their tagging but I can't constantly keep this up.

plus, on other sites such as tiktok and twitter, #radiosilence IS literally the main tag for the book because you literally can't add spaces for tags on those sites. so the radio silence book fandom is likely even more drowned out on those sites than here on tumblr because of the popularisation of #radiosilence as a tag for one-sided radiostatic.

I will not be forcing anyone to ditch #radiosilence without the space as a tag though, especially when it's already so popularly used and essentially impossible to get everyone to change it, but I encourage you to go for other options if you are willing to such as:

#onewaybroadcast

decided via a poll last month that was ongoing before #radiosilence was initially popularised, held by ChaoticAce2005 and me.

it's the tag that I always use for one-sided radiostatic and is decently used by others as well! and you won't run into any issue with clashing with the radio silence/osemanverse fandom at all this way. but again, I will not force you, all I ask is that AT THE VERY LEAST, don't tag #radio silence with the space and to nudge others to change it if they do.

please help to silence the radio silence tag!

(the tagging issue on tiktok and twitter are outside of my jurisdiction as I don't engage with hazbin on twitter and I don't even use tiktok, but if possible, it would be appreciated if anyone is able to spread the alternate tag #onewaybroadcast on those sites too to discourage flooding the radio silence book fandom! I believe the original person to coin #radiosilence has been doing work to discourage it on tiktok too, any help is appreciated!)
