My main advice for new mama's would be to take advice with a "pinch of salt" - many people LOVE to give you advice about anything and everything, and to be honest it's not always right for you, and not always what you need! As a mum you know on your heart what is right for you and your little person! Other than that, enjoy every moment and every cuddle - even those cuddles at 3am, as they won't last forever! Lastly - make sure you eat well! In the early days I lived on cake and ready meals, and felt dreadful! I've since found these awesome supplements that mean even if I can't eat well I'm still getting all the goodness I need!
