This is me, Julia, I am 26 years old and I joined Tumblr over 10 years ago. I kinda lost the connection to my fandoms and teenage interests (Sherlock, Doctor Who, Cosplaying, Fanart, reading fanfiction, vintage fashion, dressing up...). Would like to reactivate my blog a it brought me so much joy years ago. Wanna be friends with me?

A Tale my great grandmother Lucy broke her hip and sometime after that broke her mind my great grandfather never left her side i visited one day and I suddenly saw them as they once were  not the old people they’d always been my grandpa charming; dark and handsome my grandma’s mischievous spirit as fiery as her red hair i saw them with babies, now old men i watched them momentarily sitting in their house full of wooden coo coo clocks that chirped and tweeted each hour away …until here we were… my grandfather died long before she did and my grandmother spent the rest of her life mostly in silence, but occasionally asking about him i think everyone should have someone  that still holds their hand when they’re old and broken.
